The rooms were spacious and quite clean. The location of the hotel was peaceful too.

the wifi in the room was not the best

i loved the location and hotel rooms but still faced language barrier a lot no one can speak proper english rooms were clean and good size location was very good need to install extra shower at toilet can be easy for muslims

no shower in toilet as muslim we cant use tissue paper sorry ...

Expensive rooms, maybe because of Canton Fair, but 7,500 RMB for 4 nights is way above the rate you should be charging. First, no pool to use, i tried to use another pool in the complex but they wanted to charge me 200 RMB (ridiculous) , the Gym is small and very limited, lack of restaurants to eat fine food, plenty of Bar food but i just dont like the choice.Reception staff were rude, maybe a translation issue, but when i was asking a question while the lady was checking me in, she just told me to stop and wait (wow), this happened twice.Location is terrible, no where to walk around to visit shops, bars or restaurants

Had a issue where my luggage was lost. But am sure it was a human error and that it is not a regular occurrence.

modern design room

The room was too warm for us. we were told that we could not change the temp setting although there was a control panel in the room.

The hotel was away from the robust of the city. It was very quiet and the service was good.

The cleaning between the nights could be improved.

Upon arrival, we had thought we lost our bag in the taxi, and we contacted the staff. Galen, a young staff, persistently tried to help us out. He even agreed to help us call a taxi driver to see if the bag was in the taxi. He was very empathetic, and he was very candid about where he thinks the bag was. So, without giving up, we contacted a taxi driver, and we were able to actually retrieve the bag in the trunk, despite what the taxi driver had said initially. Because of Galen, it made the rest of us stay a lot more memorable. He even went out of his way to be personable as well, and this is the kind of experience we look for in a high-end hotel. A personalized help. And because of this experience, we look forward to coming back and staying at this hotel in the future.

Wow, a wonderful hotel. Clean, spacious, located in a wonderful place. Clean area. Three minutes walk from subway Baoyun Cultural center. The staff can speak English. Very considerate. Free unlimited coffee ☕ at the first floor . Recommended

Oh nothing at all

I arrived at 0100am and I had just travelled 18 hours to get to Guangzhou. I was exhausted. I arrived and they said my room was taken. I was so tired the night manager upgraded me to a suite. I had the biggest room and it was lovely. The view the location and atmosphere was just amazing.

Location a little far out but that was fine I loved the energy out there.

Lobby food was disgusting and expensive.

The hotel was lovely and very clean.The location was also perfect with easy access to the centre using taxis.

Staff were friendly ,Location were Good 2 min walk to Baiyun cultureSquare.Breakfast was nice a lot of Variety.

The environment is awesome, and the staff are well trained and ready to help at any time

The fact that my room key couldn't open at some point, I have to go down to reception

The staff was extremely helpful all round. The facilities are clean and well looked after. Their breakfast has a variety of dishes to choose from.

They don't serve dinner at Element but the partners on the same block do serve breakfast.
