it's not far from the airport, i booked the family room and my daughter loved it. Hotel prepare the tent and toys, cartoon slippers, towels and blanket with the room theme. There's even a see saw, my little one was so exciting, and we will sure choose this hotel again

They cancelled my booking with almost no notice and relisted the rooms for more money. They told me to cancel through booking.com so they wouldn't look bad for doing so.

I arrived at the airport at 7 pm. According to the conditions, the hotel had to provide a transfer. No one answered my questions in the chat about whether it was possible to coordinate without a call. I spent money to call the hotel, to which their manager demanded that I speak only Chinese. And then the hotel completely canceled my reservation by sending a message to Booking.com. Disgusting attitude towards customers. I had to unplannedly look for a new hotel in a country where there are problems with the Internet, and also pay 2.5 times more for the nearest other hotel. Is a mockery.

The hotel is undergoing renovations but is well appointed and quite comfortable.

I was advised that we would be picked up from the airport but when we arrived this couldnt be arranged which caused great difficulties for us, given that we had no local currency and taxis would not accept crrdit cards.

Great room. Very big, comfortable bed n high quality bedding. Good shower. Super clean n modern. Staff were very kind n friendly. Jang my shuttle driver both ways spoke pretty good English, was friendly, helpful n polite.

Smaller slippers would have been handy ( they were both large) My feet are UK size 4 so a female average.More variety for hot drinks plus no T spoons available. They was only green T.More toilet paper.If they could use a phone translator would have been very useful indeed.Shuttle service to n from airport very good but some how I ended up on the wrong shuttle at the beginning.Not sure how. Think they have two very similar hotels.The Vehicle which was correct was very clean , modern, smooth n comfortable with Aircon.

Modern design, bright and cheerful deco. Staffs friendly and room comfortable. We left early to catch a flight, no time for breakfast, hotel packed bread and milk for all 8 of us. ?

There was another hotel with similar name and location. We went to wrong hotel.

Very nice with pets and for getting to the airport. Staff were nice and the rooms were big.

The airport shuttle is very timely, the hotel service is very thoughtful, very warm is very friendly to pets, I checked a lot of hotels do not allow pets to check in, the staff in the store are also very fond of pets, which makes me feel very happy, the decoration style is also very high-end, recommend to stay

I highly recommend this hotel to friends who are traveling or on business in Guangzhou, China, because the hotel is very close to Guangzhou Baiyun Airport, only about 10 minutes by car. Contact the hotel after arriving at the airport, the hotel will have a free car to pick you up, the check-in is quick and convenient, the hotel's facilities and environment are very good, I like the hotel's buffet breakfast!

Strategic location, room spacious and cleanliness. Provide free airport transfer services and food was delicious. The only disadvantage is you might need earplug to reduces airplane pass by noise

The hotel is quite close to Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport (really just 10 minutes by their shuttle to terminal 1) and their services are geared towards travelers who arrive from the airport. They are super friendly and helpful in all spheres of stay. They helped with shuttle services even beyond hours, helped to ship our luggage even after we left on a domestic flight. Quite flexible with suggestions even on matters not exactly related to the stay and made our night stay comfortable. It was such an insanely, unexpected warm heart experience, front desk available 24 hours, something I heard is not common in many other highly reputable places like this one.
