Very Nice Place.

The staff is very helpful and nice. The location is good, just near the metro and train station.

The towels were not clean enough. They were grey, impossible to use.

Probably Wes so nice especially front desk employees but breakfast employees are not very nice restriction employees are very nice and polite help full staff employees any way thank you very much all staff

Absolutely worth the price i paid, perfect location with quiet area. Workers of the hotel are VERY helpful and friendly. For me, this is the fastest hotel I have been with helping their customers. Hotel is very near to the subway station. Rooms are cleaned, bed is comfortable. I haven’t tried their breakfast. Will recommend and revisit for sure.

Air conditioning is a bit not working well.

Location is great. 2 minutes walk way to Nearby metro line 2 &5. Watches, leather bags & belt markets are walking distance. Muslin halal food restaurant are within walking distance. 24/7 front desk service. Room is clean.

They doest’t have any closet for clothes in room. Room little overpriced.

I like the proximity to the railway station and metro lines (2 & 5) and good, vatiety of halal food around.

The location is just within walking distance from the metro named GuangZhou Railway Station, which is really convenient to get connected to anywhere by metro line-transfer. The travelling to and from Airport also very easy & convenient. There is a supermarket and a restaurant next to the hotel, the restaurant serves good meal with reasonable prices and the supermarket is really a plus point since we can always get some junk foods or beer/drinks before we got back to the hotel. The room is quite spacious, the beds are super comfortable, the cleanliness of the linens also tiptop, I booked 3 rooms and all my guests are satisfied with their beds. They serves fruits on the 1st day but not the days after. The receptionists are very polite and helpful. The hotel also provide free-of-charge luggage storage if you ever needed to check out before your flight time. Everything was good, will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

The fridge doesn't work, and the tea-making table top is a bit dusty

The room sizes were very small - similar to an ibis. The hotel staff calls the police at midnight to our rooms for passport verification. This is something that could easily be done in the morning. Also I booked this property by mistake. Didn't realize there is another Bayun just 7 mins away which is a 5 star

When it's rainy, water falls down from celling cause it's the last floor and smell is bad everywhere

It was alright.

It would've been better if there were some chairs and bigger space in the room. The shower and the tap have very little pressure.The noise from the outside, espeacially the traffice noise woke me up every morning around 4am. :(

Location is close to where I meant to go, easy to get taxi, modern comfy design room with all basic needs met, but no wifi outside of the room so it is inconvenient when I booked a taxi on the app and can’t receive the update when I’m at the lobby. My flight arrived late at night and can only go to the phone store the next morning. Room’s water pressure is low, so showering takes a while as I have long hair. Aircon does not work, 26• is the lower temperature in the room which was too hot and stuffy, staff said its central controlled so temperature cannot go lower than this.

The staff, especially the spectacles round face girl called FAN JIA HUI 范佳慧。She’s super rude, lack manners and does not have basic courtesy as a hotel front desk staff. I felt threatened and actually reported to the police. I had issues with my parcel as on the taobao app it was showing as delivered but I cannot find it at the front desk area despite looking twice. I went upstairs to my room for the wifi to double check the app to ensure it is delivered to the hotel, and once confirmed I called the front desk to explain that the item was delivered but I cannot find it, whether she could please help double check in case I overlooked. She told me the hotel is not a parcel service so unable to do so. I explained again but she raised her voice screaming at me then ended my phone call. It’s shocking behaviour and she should not be a front desk staff if she’s that unwilling to help the guests and with such customer service standard. The night before, I looked for a parcel for my charger converter but cannot find, so I seek help and another front desk staff called OU CAI YUN was SO HELPFUL and she looked around and found it hiding in a hidden spot among piles of parcels! 欧彩云 was also super helpful when I needed help with wifi setup when I arrived the hotel after a 13 hour flight from the UK. I called the front desk and told her she can just share the wifi instructions over the phone to save her trip to my room but she insisted to come upstairs to help me out, TWICE. Once for my phone and another for my laptop. Kudos to 欧彩云！

I didn’t care for this hotel and I wouldn’t recommend. The location was okay, but impossible to get to the markets on the opposite side of the street because of freeway.

The hotel was old and very worn. The carpets were filthy. I asked for a room without carpet and it was just as bad if not worst. What really turned me off from this hotel is that I went to the spa in the hotel and money was stolen from my bag. The hotel told me that the spa was not a part of the hotel, but I still feel like they share the responsibility because it’s their hotel. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Location is good. Walking distance to places we want to go. Hotel staffs are helpful.

The bed. Felt like sleeping on a plank of wood..?. I think its time for refurbishment of the room

Everything are good except for the air condition in the hotel room that did not functioning good… and the staff are hard to communicate because of language barrier.. overall the stay are awesome the staff well maned, everything top notch, except the air conditioning

It is closer to Markets and Metro Station. Easier to travel to Canton Fair as they provide a bus to and from the Fair. Laundry Services came very handy and cost only less than a 2 Dollars to wash and dry.

No variety of restaurants only Chinese restaurants. Communication is relied on translation.
