The central location in Yuexiu district, not too far from the airport. The staffs were especially helpfull

The air condition as advised by the reception staff is central and can not be adjusted from the room and it was hot that we couldn’t sleep well Even though there is a panel in the room for air condition And he asked me if i am not happy they will down grade my room that i booked..It was not good attitude.

The hotel is clean, the stuff is helpful and kind, the food in the ninth floor was very good, especially for Arabs and Muslims. The bed is comfortable, and mostly everything is very good.

Can’t open the window in the rooms

Location was nice. Almost center of the city. Thanks to the lady at reception who upgrade my room for free and allow me for early check in as my flight schedule was early landing at Guangzhou. Best rooms as compared to Crown Plaza near to it which i stayed earlier time. Room was nice with amazing view. I would definitely like to stay again in my next trip to Guangzhou. Hotel worth the value I paid for it.

I stayed there for 5 nights. But i don't feel my bed sheet was changed any day though I ask housekeeping. Breakfast varieties are ok not too much to select as compare with similar star hotel at Guangzhou, but all items were same all during my stay. As soon I enter the Breakfast Restaurant at 45th Floor I feel like smell of Lard, kind of toxic smell (may be some people likes it), I really don't feel having breakfast from the second day of my stay. May be Kitchen Ventilation is not good enough.

The hotel was clean , rooms were comfortable. The staff was accomodating. The hotel is located close to the market so everything is available just a few steps away . Has a good gym and swimming pool . Though the gym was having no machines when I checked in , but on the 4th day they started bringing brand new machines . Exceptable for a hotel gym standards.

No spa and massage available at the property though they advertised it on booking , when asked the reception about the same he wasn't very sure and asked me to go check on the 35th floor .

Wonderfullnatay again. This is my 4th stay and feel same wonderful.

Hotel is great location near to Muslim Halal Restaurant. Also room are comfortable and no sound in room. Staff is welcoming. I feel great to stay here 5th time.

Great location near the halal restaurants, a supermarket, barber, travel agency all conveniently located in hotel lobby. Bathrooms equipped with a bidet which is not common in China. Staff are friendly and helpful, they upgraded my room and concierge helped me with everything.

Whole hotel needs renovations, AC is not cold enough, bathrooms are kind of old and needs renovation also.
