Hotel is easy to locate.Rooms are clean and comfortable.Staff are going extramile and hospitable.Location is good with plenty of restaurants around.

Nice, big, & clean room. Great hotel ambiance. Free breakfast, free shuttle to Canton Fair. Assisted us in getting a taxi. Allowed us to have a late check-out.

A bidet in the toilet would have been great, but that's not something major.

The bathroom should be close by extra sliding.. after using the washroom or shower room is smells.

It was easily assessable to various food establishments.

It was quite far from the subway stations. Worst of all, there was no conditioning during my stay because the outside temperature was above their standard. I requested for air conditioning when the room service arrived because I thought the air conditioning was broken. But instead I was told when the outside temperature was above certain level, the hotel would shut down the central air conditioning and advised to open the windows. The windows could only open for a few inches for safety reasons. It was also very noisy from the traffic below. But it would be very stuffy if keeping the windows closed.

Staff was very unhelpful and refused to refund our money, forcing us to contact booking.com to get our refund instead. They ignored emails from booking.com when they reached out to them on our behalf.

The hotel location is on a beautiful road, very nice to walk under a lot of trees. The room is really big, good view and comfortable beds for great sleeping. The housekeeping team is very kind and nice. The local foods around the hotel are also very good. I will come back for my next trip and also recommend to all my friends for this hotel.

The staff was friendly and helpful. They even helped organize my suitcase to be shipped to another city. The room was a great value for the price.

The hallways had stains on the carpet from being a covid center; however, the room felt clean.

The hotel is very well located, right in the city center..There are several restaurants around the hotel where the food is very good.The rooms are very large with all facilities, and the cleanliness is perfect. The price-quality ratio is a very good one for downtown Guangzhou. I stayed in much more expensive hotels in Guangzhou, and the conditions were not at all better than at this hotel.
