Great location and a nice ambiance.

The location was okay

I was charged twice and didn’t receive my bond.The photos of the gym was the photos of another gym inside the property which was closed.

Some of the rooms were aged.

Location was great. Hotel is a little old but clean. Very Chinese style especially breakfast. Not a real five star hotel in all aspects. Staff were really helpful.

Location was in downtown city. Access to train station and shoping center. Breakfast was good but need to add someAsian Cuisine/subcontinent at the time of Canton Fair. Coffee shop was very nice with good ambience. Rooms were cosy but lighting should be bright in the room. Bath room, toileteries were perfect. Bed was quite comfortable.

Over all everything was fine but the rate was a bit higher.Front office and consiour were helpful and friendly

Great location (right across the Guangzhou East Railway station), just a few meters from the metro station! Spacious, comfortable room with all necessary amenities! Breakfast was excellent with many options to choose - both Asian and Western European. Highly recommended!

Location is superb, next to train/metro station with direct connection with the airport. Lot's of restaurants and shops super close.

I don't like their breakfast. Poorly managed. Hostess doesn't take you to the seat. Tables are not bussed. Unable to find a table to eat right away. I've been coming to this hotel at least 10 years now. The location is great. But the rooms needs to be updated. Especially the bathrooms. Service is good when they are attentive.

Really nice room with a great view. Comfy beds and good location with a good price!

Room entertainment i can say you better remove the TV. Old TV no English Chanel no cable channel. Zero

Excellent location next to GZ East Railway Station and metro. Very convenient to access all the tourist attractions via metro.

The room though clean, looked and felt somewhat rundown. Breakfast was average.

Breakfast expensive, the heater is too warm and cant be adjusted.

- Excellent customer service (helpful and assisting in receiving Tao Bao packages).- Conveniently located next to PoPark mall (lots of food options) and Train Station (if you plan to commute by normal or high speed rail).- Facilities are great and breakfast buffet is pretty decent.- Good room amenities. Came with a heated toilet bowl which we did not expect.

- Some of the areas in the hotel smell a bit musky, and may be due to the building itself being fairly old.

It was walking distance from High Speed Rail station, exit F and you dont have to cross the road, no escalator there though. Opposite a decent mall with good food and some shops.

The pillow was so flat, even when I asked for two more, it didn't help. It was an old hotel but clean and decent enough for a short stay.

Property is very cosy. Smells nice and clean. Toiletries come in 2 sets and you can differentiate by the colour or pattern! Breakfast was good too. Very near train station. Staff were very friendly.

Lift has to wait a little long during peak hours. External wall dirty - visible from room window.

Carpets are old . The cleaning staff ring the bell early should you forget to place the do not disturb sign .
