Paco Hotel Guangzhou Jiangtai Road Metro Branch

Location was good, close to metro and a lot ot restaurants and shops. Breakfast was amazing. Excellent value for the price. Facilities were good.

Carpet was a little dirty. Non-carpeted floor will be much better.

The property is well-located, clean, and well-maintained. It offers convenient access for Canton Fair visitors. The staff are courteous, professional, and provide excellent guidance. The metro connectivity nearby makes commuting to various parts of the city very convenient.Laundry at 8th Floor is an Advantage as that is accessible from Morning 7 to 11 pm Everyday i would Recommend PACO

The breakfast was great, nice big variety and very tasty.

Dining area was too small for the amount of people. (Probably fully booked due to the Canton Fair)We had to wait for a table to open throughout our 4 days stay.The laminated flooring in our room was worn.The lift is in need of a revamp.

Convenient location, friendly staff, good value for money, nice room, healthy options for breakfast (broccoli, sweet potatoes, omelette or poached eggs, bread) which I really loved.

The hotel is simply fabulous, both in facilities and staff. The room was gorgeous, the bathroom well made and functional, location was very convenient - straight behind the subway station, like 3 minutes away. The neighbourhood was filled with services and shops.

Well, actually one thing was a bit of a nuisance, but nothing major: I just expected more people to speak English fluently. Honestly, we solved every problem with the translators on our phones, or the devices provided by the staff, so all good!

Amazing hotel in perfect location with all amenities. Staff are kind, pleasant to interact with, and contribute to a positive environment for an amazing hotel.

Wish there was a mini bar

Location - Convenient coz it’s just 5 minutes walk from the subway station and lots of eateries nearby. Room Cleanliness - Good.Facilities & Amenities - Free use of laundry and breakfast is included.Service - Good

Had a bad experience of the hotel sharing the building with a restaurants at 2nd and 3rd floor. One day when we were in the elevator going up to our room, a drunk man entered the elevator from the restaurant floor and vomited all over the elevator floor. On normal days, the elevator smells bad bcoz we always bumped into the restaurant staffs pushing trolley with food or dirty dishes.

The staff were helpful and polite from the front deak up to the room service all were so polite and smiling all the time.

No fridge in the room

I was surprised with the room and the level of the hotel itself. And breakfast is included and it’s good, taking into consideration the price for the accommodation. It was my first time in Guangzhou, thank you for treating me so well

The lobby zone and the elevator are not too high level, but when you see the room, the perception totally changes

Location was good. Very close to the metro station. Also very close to the many food shops.

It was bit old. And only one lift makes it wait the lift longer time.

Situated at town area and 3 min walk to train station. Big room and bed. Free flow drinking water bottles throughout the day which is excellent

Breakfast was good. There’s enough selection to even cater to vegetarian like me. Noticed that Chef 莫even came out to replenish food when there’s shortage of staff. They accommodate us and let us in to have our coffee and available breakfast (before opening time when we were rushing to catch our flight).There is also supply of mineral water which is great and we didn’t have to buy.The front counter Service is excellent! The staff helped us arranged 7 taxis to the airport for the 14 of us??????. We had a similar request with another 5⭐️hotel but was told we can just flag down at the roadside. To senior tourists who are not familiar to the local transport mode, the assistance is very appreciated and cherished.

The lift. There is only one lift serving the hotel guests and it is shared with the restaurant. The lift is also very slow.

Good breakfast, friendly front line staff. Provide very useful information about sightseeing and transport. The staff at the cafeteria are nice and friendly. Every morning invited us with sunshine smile. Even the young chef also greet us every morning with warm and friendly way.

The property is very conveniently located nearby Jiangtai Road Metro Station. Travelling to zhongda fabric market by taxi or taking a metro from the location was really helpful. Facilities such as room interiors, washrooms, staff services and others exceeded our expectations. Receptionists were really helpful, they always had translator devices handy to quickly respond to our queries. Hotel breakfast was pretty decent as well with impressive spread of breads, eggs, bacons, chicken, porridge, fruits, beverages, corn, sweet potato and many other traditional chinese delicacies. Paco is located in a very vibrant neighborhood, therefore there is never a dull moment around the hotel with few stores and restaurants open almost 24 hours.

Nice room, have everything you need in the room, hair dryer, sleeper, toothbrush and toothpaste, nice water pressure, nice breakfast, free washing machine and close to subway station.

I got free upgrade. Breakfast is ok for muslims. Room is very spacious and the equipment feels like premiums. Very near to metro station. Staff can converse in english.

Room and toilet were seperated. Toilet done have bidet. But not really a big issue for me

I requested a non-smoking room, but the room turned out to be smoky. We were traveling with a child after a long flight and had no energy to reconsider what I had asked for earlier.

The location of the hotel was very good with the train station nearby and many restaurants close to the hotel.

There was only the one lift.
