The team doesn’t really speak English. You will struggle to get the service.Overpriced dinner.

The receptionist was uncomfortable and was compressed, and at all times there is pressure on the reception department and waiting for the turn for a long time, after a long trip, a larger crew must be provided

THE STAFF THERE BARELY SPOKE ENGLISH AND THIS IS VERY BAD FOR A 5 STAR HOTEL.THE HOTEL ROOM WAS DIRTIER AND FULL HAIR THAN THE ONE I HAD STAYED IN BEFORE.EVEN THE RECEPTIONIST DID NOT UNDERSTAND ENGLISH WELL.HOTEL IS NOT CHANGE MONEY AND CASH MONEY IN HOTEL IS NOT CHANGE MONEY FOR IRANIAN PASSPORT .IF THEY DO NOT SERVE IRANIANS,THEY SHOULD NOT MAKE RESERVATION.THEY WERE NOT CHARGING DOLLARS AT BOOKING.COM RATE AND WERE TURNING INTO AN RNB.IS THAT POSSIBLE?why they are book?

such an international brand doesn't have english speaking staff. and the front desk is very limited with their ability to assist the room guests and the concierge cannot speak english at all. when in times of urgency you cannot depend on the staff.

The cleanliness is okay, but could be even better especially with the dust on the sliding door and the yellowish stain on the shower room.

Depending on which tower your room was, it was anlong walk to breakfast but the buffet is very good

All the public notices were in Chinese. No English. The only English I noticed was in the carbpark and they had spelling mistakes.

Clean, nice views and bathe as awesome. We enjoyed our stay. I asked the cleaners for extra bath salts and they provided every morning. Awesome staff Bathroom was also nice and comfortable

Size of rooms, a very nice hotel, good service and we enjoyed our stay very much. Subway metro was located right in front of hotel

Not many food options and convenience stores nearby. Only hotel restaurants and stores at subway stations. Travel time is longer as compared to hotels located near central city.

The location was great, not that densely populated. It’s located further out from the city but not that far either. The concierge service staff provided great service, they had helped a lot in checking and retrieving my items.

I was given a handicapped room upon check in and wasn’t inform by the staff. So the room facilities was completely different from the booking that I made. It was only upon my request that the room was changed. I think it would be a good idea if the hotel staff could just inform before hand for whatever reason that I had to stay in a different room from what I booked. In fact, the hotel staff at the check in area didn’t really meet the expectation of a 5 star hotel.

The hotel is wonderful: daily cleaning, amazing breakfasts (a huge selection), my favorite shower gel, friendly staff, and great location (close to the metro).

A little bit busy hotel but well worth it and the area is well maintained and clean. Great for the price

Quiet and modern facilities location

I booked for Executive King room with Garden view shown on Booking.com but I got the City view for the whole 4nights of my stay

Beautiful architecture and serene atmosphere

The staff need more training on handling their international guests. And the seem easily overwhelmed.

Clean rooms with good amenities inside, very cosy bed and nice pillows. Breakfast is delicious, wide variety of food. Very friendly staff. We enjoyed plaing in a child room, which is very good.

A couple of times were no tomatoes on breakfast, naither raw nor backed tomatoes.

I truly enjoyed my stay and appreciated the cleanliness and comfort of my room.However, I did face some challenges during my visit. Each night requiring me to walk from my room at the end of the hallway on the highest floor to ground floor down to the front desk to have it reset. especially late at night when I had to wait in line to resolve the issue. It was particularly frustrating to be asked for payment at 2 AM during this process. the front desk staff would ask me about the deposit, which felt a bit excessive given that I had already paid in full. Additionally, I was followed to my room on multiple occasions, which made me feel uncomfortable.Moreover, I noticed an unfamiliar charge on my bill for the lobby restaurant, which I never visited. This added confusion to my experience, as I had to clarify this with the staff.I believe that clearer communication regarding charges and a more streamlined process for handling deposits would greatly enhance the guest experience.Thank you for taking the time to consider my feedback.
