Staff very friendly and kind. The hotel very clean and comfortable.

There was no big mirror in the room or Magnifying mirror for makeup - just small one above the sink.

Breakfast, free airport shuttle (you have to call them though), super clean

It’s a short journey from the airport terminal but also very well priced given the facilities and to be honest if you’re going into downtown Guangzhou cabs are just outside and the shuttle bus to from airport is less than 10 minutes. It’s a really decent location

They don’t have any english news channels which would be good and not sure how to connect phone to tv but that would be helpful.

Good value for money. Great location. The breakfast was good. It was a good stay. Will definitely come back next time I’m in Guangzhou

Close to the airport but also easy to grab a cab into the main part of the city at relatively low cost. Staff very helpful and the shuttle bus is a 10 minute trip

It is not close to anything although there is a KFC 20 metres away but location suits me and considerably cheaper than the hotels right next to the airport terminal.

Good service for airport shuttle bus and transfer bus to Canton Fair. Room is quite big, bed is so comfortable as well.

Staff speaks little English.

The rooms were clean. The staff very friendly and tries their best to communicate in english.

I asked for non smoking room. But the room i got had smoke smell.

The property is very comfortable for travellers for business purpose. The Wi-Fi is very poor need to be improved.I don’t feel the place is convenient for sight seeing and leisure

Polite and helpful staff. Clean and great facilities. Free noodles at night! Missed out on breakfast due to early flight but they provide a little snack bag. Overall really happy with the experience.

Organising shuttle for pickup was a little tricky but all worked out fine in the end.

The friendly staff who went out of their way by using mobil translate to assist me during check in. The hotel is located 10 minutes from the airport, it did take 45 minutes and 2 calls before the bus arrived, it is complimentary but a timetable may be beneficial for future guest. The room was outstanding, comfortable bed,soft & hard pillows, warm toilet seat ?, strong shower will gels, creams, razor, toothbrush, charging cables, large TV but no English language stations, good Wi Fi, complimentary noodle bowl after 10 pm, great selection for breakfast with bean to cup coffee. I would definitely return and recommend to friends.

The delay in pick up from the airport, a timetable would be ideal

The bus driver was very polite and considerate, much better than any other hotel I had ever used. Staff were helpful and polite. The room was luxury, very clean, comfortable, making my journey a relaxed and enjoyable. Excellent experience with the hotel. Highly recommend.The breakfast was really good and delicate than other hotels, yet they had less choices.They have got night snack (noodle), which was really a surprise.

Generally the room was quiet, except the cars occasionally honk loudly in the street.Wifi seems to be difficult to connect, but I'm ok with it, because generally I don't use hotel's wifi in China

One of the best transit hotels. Very clean, very thoughtful , provides all needed personal care and cleaning items like make up remover and facial cleaners. The room was new and fresh, service was amazing, provides two free meals and airport transfer bus.

Everything staff, service , receptionist, knowledge of language , shuttle bus Al was in excellent level

Was transiting through, stayed - shuttle service, buffet breakfast, afternoon tea, shuttle back to airport and amenties plus modern room. Will stay again and again.
