Hilton Guangzhou Tianhe

We had a wonderful holiday stay in Hilton Guangzhou Tianhe. From the moment we arrived, Staff at the front desk made us feel truly welcome. A special thank you to Manager and the room service team.

I¿m very happy with my stay. What I have to highlight is a professionalism and curtesy of TERRY, he made our stay more than great.

I¿m a little surprised that I had to be in 15 min line to access breakfast on the second floor. But in overall it is ok.

Hotel staff are friendly , helpful and polite. That makes a big differences in hotel environment.

Outstanding reception and delightful staffs

I loved that the hotel had perfectly new, clean, and fresh bedding and bathrobes.

One of the waiters was rude and treated us inappropriately. But the front desk manager and the restaurant manager made up their minds in a second and apologized.

Nice size room with good views.

The location is little off to everything.

amator staff, mostly trainees. zero english skills, including reception, restaurants etc…old hotel, i would 20 year old rooms, smell bad.you sit in the lobby and smell the food from the buffet on the mezzanine floor. it is open.3 rookies at the reception to serve 400 rooms, imagine the service.quality of food in the restaurants below average. you wanna know more???

There are mo king size room and double bed room in the same floor. So, all Families will stay in different floors.

We arrived late, around midnight, and had a late check-in. At first, I was a bit concerned that the hotel is located in the northern part of the central area. However, this quickly turned out not to be an issue at all. Getting to all major attractions — the Opera House, Canton Tower, parks, and shopping malls — was very easy. Taxi rides are extremely cheap, so the location did not negatively affect the overall experience in any way.I had booked a standard room, but during check-in Dominic at the reception kindly upgraded us to a suite at his discretion. The suite was truly impressive — almost 100 square meters, with a huge bedroom, a spacious living room, a separate shower and bathtub, a separate toilet, a large walk-in wardrobe area, and a wide hallway. The corner panoramic windows added a stunning sense of space and light. From the high floor, we enjoyed a breathtaking night view of the city, with glowing skyscrapers and a partial view of the Canton Tower.The room created a real wow effect. It was larger than any hotel room I’ve stayed in before, not only in China but also in other parts of Southeast Asia. Everything felt luxurious, elegant, and very comfortable. One particularly nice touch was the TV in the bathroom, positioned opposite the bathtub — perfect for relaxing in a warm bath.We understand that this was a complimentary upgrade, so it wasn’t an issue that breakfast was not included. We chose to have breakfast in the city instead, which turned out to be a great experience as well.Overall, we absolutely loved the hotel, the service, and the entire stay. Special thanks to Dominic for making our first night in Guangzhou unforgettable.

The property is clean and accessible. I could jump into a taxi and go around the city without any issues. Yison the restaurant manager was very accommodating, made my family stay a memorable one.

I'm facing issues , about the invoice, he can't refund my advice. I'm paying in check in time and he can't give me an invoice

The staff were very welcoming, especially Tania and vicky will definitely come back to stay again.
