Location Breakfast Commodities
The cleaning : cups and other items not cleaned in daily basis. Just as example I used one glass it was not waste or replaced.
The room, service and food choices were fantastic. The location was good, as you can catch transport easily
Communication is a problem specially online (I sent some messages but did not get replyWhen I was in the hotel I needed more clarification but there was a barrier of communication - otherwise your hotel and services are superb!!I wanted to have a choice of a room for one person but did not get one!!
The efficiency of staff. They would go an extra mile to help you and highly professional.
The breakfast choice was limited. The rooms were cleaned, but I didn't understand when cups and glass were not cleaned
Impressive selection of both Western and Asian cuisine on offer, and chef would make things to order.
Better equipped tea/coffee area in or behind reception. Was half an hour away by taxi from bigger malls and attractions in city centre.
There are abundant charging stations for EV, rooms are spacious.
The rooms facing the main road are noisy, when the metro and vehicles pass by, it is quite disturbing. The car park gate could not recognise the car plate from HK and Macau.
Staff was nice. Especially Sherie saved my day by helping in exchange in the bank.
