Its nice hotel, conveniently located. Staff is very friendly.

They can add some custom cook breakfast for vegetarians. That way vegetarians can something to eat.

Good Location, the buffets are very good. Conceige Ronald was very helpful and professional. Great guy.

They need to change the pillows in the suites..RM 1908 and RM 1208 . They are very uncomfortable. They have to get more comfortable pillows.

I’ve completely lost trust in this hotel. I accidentally left my expensive Rolex watch on the table in the room while I was taking a shower. I’m 100% sure it was there. After checking out, I immediately contacted the hotel management to report the missing item. Their response was cold and unacceptable: “We are not responsible, and your watch is not with us.”This shows a complete lack of honesty and accountability. The way they handled the situation was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful.What hurts more is that I used to prefer staying here because of their convenient location, but I will never return again.Very disappointing. Be careful – your valuables are not safe here!

We had a wonderful stay. The hotel’s location is excellent, with stunning views of Parc Central Mall from our room. The buffet breakfast was impressive too. The complimentary shuttle to the Canton Fair was a thoughtful touch, making our visit even more convenient.

Everything was great, though we did miss having a bidet in the toilet for added comfort.

The room was old. The soundproof was quite bad. You could hear the sound outside at night which was very disturbing.

The staff are not helpful. They are working in an international hotel, but they don't speak English well. Also, it was a very expensive hotel in comparison to it's accommodations.breakfast was mostly Chinese.

Love the location. Lots of food places/shopping and not too far from attractions. Shopping mall right next door. Food near hotel was delicious. Night market close by as well.

Best located at Tianhe, walking distance to shopping mall and restaurants. I was upgraded to a larger premier suite room, it is clean and comfortable. We can enjoy our supper and drink inside the room. and the premier lounge is great, staff are friendly and helpful.. breakfast is good.

You need to take the lift to level 5 then change to the the difference lift to get to your room which is inconvenient.

We have to take the lift to level 5 to go in and out of the hotel. Sometimes we can smell the cigarette smell in the floor hallway

Speedy check in by the receptionist when i arrived late at night, helpful concierge who assisted with my enquires on how to send a parcel to another city.
