DoubleTree By Hilton Guangzhou Science City

The staff was very nice, the room was spacious and the view was amazing

The location was far from everything a tourist would need

I was impressed by the overall experience, from staff friendliness to facilties and comfort.I was very comforatble in my room. The breakfasts were really good

Hospitality ViewFriendly Staff

Food variety Room service in term of the kitchen the food quality wasn’t good The kitchen close at 11 there is now late night menu

Nice but a bit middle of nowhere.

The Executive Lounge was always short of food. Most of the food runout at least one hour before the close of the lounge. The poor stats had to run-around and apologise to the guests. It happened every night. The staff were taking pics every night before closing. so you can access them.

This is my second time staying at this hotel attention to detail is great

The breakfast area a little bit crowded during the convention time

Worst experience

Worst restaurants and food service I’ve ever seen. Non of the staff member can speak English including reception staff. Worst ever food options and food quality I’ve seen in Hilton standard hotels. For from everything and not convenient for any type of visitors.

The service is great. internet can use youtube and facebook etc which is great for business in china. clean room and good breakfast. Cant ask for more for business trip.

The room was of good size and rather clean. Staffs were efficient and attentive. Quiet n peaceful environment.

Some facilities are alittle worn, need better maintenance or replacement. Location is quite remote

breakfast was really good cleanliness was goodstaff were friendly

that there was no massage therapy available

The room is comfortable, clean and tidy, and the surroundings are beautiful

Wifi

Staff was excellent!

The bed was a bit hard and the room would not get below 21 degrees C

Hotel is finely done but location is outskirts of city

location is outskirts of city. Takes almost one hour each side to travel to city

I like the hotel staff are very honest, I forgot money in the safe boxes but they gave it to me when I was checking out.

Fantastic view, upgraded to best for freeVery kind reception

Very supportive staff. The front desk manager and his team tried their best to help me and I would like to thank them.

The hotel is full of moisture and it caused a bad smell in the rooms. The hotel staff changed my rooms three times and finally the last one was better. Although a humidifier was working all the time and I emptied the collected water 4 times which I think was more than 60 liters in 2 days. There were dehumidifiers in the corridors, but in my opinion there should be a problem with the air conditioning system of the hotel which cannot control the moisture level.

The environment, lake view, spacious, clean, the big bathtub, the balcony, the price, the great value for money given its view and room size.

The lady staff in the buffet restaurant front counter is a bit odd, I would not say she is rude but just behaved a bit odd behavior when she asked me how many persons and when I responded “one”. Noticing her strange response I asked “any problem for one person eating?” Then it took her 4-5 seconds to respond “no problem” without apologizing for her odd behavior. Due to its far away location it is good only for being used as a family resort or for business meetings in the science park. A facility of free shuttle to go to around area for eating places or to metro station will be great.

The room was comfortable. Nice view

The pool was closed

The staff was very helpful, the hotel and the rooms were very clean, room space was wonderful and lake view was amazing.

I just faced some issues connecting my phone apps to the Internet maybe because of some restrictions on some apps.

I couldn’t fault. Cliff was great ( I had to go to hospital ) he came and made sure I was ok. When ever we saw him we had a chatCookie and the rest of the staff were great. We did some good busines at the fair. And enjoyed the staff. The food and the rooms were great

Leaving

The location and the green gardens

The fact that the pool was closed
