Location was central for all my meetings, you can literally see the Canton Fair Complex from the Hotel. and breakfast, oh lala!, it was all inclusive and great. Has a park next to it, and a 10km running track around the entire island. a breath taking view of the lake. Xanadu was just a perfect choice and money's worth.

Paid for Lounge access, but the lounge wasn't all that i had expected. Looked like an after thought.

The high technology robots and room bathroom;The lovely view and massive neat bedroom;it's an industrial city so if you have some business it's the best place.

Staff at the reception were laughing whilst speaking to them in English, no matter what was the reason that was rude;without a translator into your device with their own program you will not be able to communicate in china;China Wi-Fi was meant for Chinese, we couldn't utilize it so a rooming line is a must;no wheelchair nor a pave path for it;Mosquitos are terrible though the room has a Vap;breakfast was meant for Chinese taste only;Noone stopped the annoying neighbors above us at mid of night!!;Tooo far away from airport and the downtown;

It's ambience , infinity pool

I booked the hotel without breakfast but when I reached there I decided to take breakfast . That time, the receptionist quoted us 128 per person so that time I little disappointed . Rest everything was excellent ?

I booked a reservation that included breakfast and even showed the front desk my confirmation clearly stating it. Despite acknowledging that they could see it too, they simply told me “it doesn’t work” and refused to honor it. Very disappointing experience — it’s unacceptable for a hotel to not respect the reservation details provided to the customer. This created unnecessary frustration during my stay. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves their communication and service.

I love the view and the rooms very luxurious and the cleanliness is top tier. The staff are nice and helpful. The rooms are very spaceous and there were free fruits which were really good!

The WiFi is not working for some applications like Instagram google and google maps you tube

Beautiful View from the window. Nice location for walking around in the nature but not close from any kind of restaurants / activities out side of hotel.

The booking.com site page said 2 king beds and a bed for 3 adults staying in the room but there were actually 2 kindsize bed and no other bed. Big enough room for 3 beds but we had to ask for extra bed. We tried to go to the rooftop bar but the staff said it's only for exectives. Since there're not too many stores in walking distance from this hotel so it would be nice if they let all the hotel guests in to the rooftop bar. I couldn't understand why couldn't go enjoy the bar next to the pool. Which was very disapointing. Also the bathtub couldn't hold the hot water. The plug was broken and how long we tried to put the hot water in, it couldn't hold.

The hotel is really amazing, all the staffs are so welcome, the accomodation is very confortable and with an big space even for normal level rooms. Breakfast is so good with many options... For lunch and dinner I didn´t appretiate too much, they have many options as well, but every single day they serve the samething, so as I stayed there for almost two weeks, I couldn´t see the same meny anymore.

The localization... Although the place is wonderful with an gorgeous park and running field, the hotel is far from everything... So for a simple Starbucks, you must call a taxi and spend 10 min at least.

The concierge, the front desk, the restaurant all people are very nice. Also, the view with the balcony of a lake, beautiful view like it’s a lot .

The Wi-Fi Internet is very very bad. The door between the wardrobe and the bathroom was not working. The toilet sometimes works sometime does not if you want to turn off the lights of the room. You have to turn the curtains with it TV only has Chinese channel not English channel at all .

Location

Rooms are out of imagination. Value for what you paid, specially design with latest technology and very specious room. Swimming pool was wonderful at 18th floor. Staffs are gentle and tying to cooperate but only few numbers of staffs understand English

1. Breakfast was ok but few selective items especially targeted for Chinese guests not for foreigners. 2. Lots of items are written in Chinese name at breakfast, and its especially hard to choose for those who doesn't eat beef or pork or both. 99% breakfast waiters don't understand English at all. 4. Very few veg items5.Saw chicken sausage throughout my stay as nonveg rather than beef and pork meat. 6.0 items in the mini bar. 7. Hotel internet is literally 128kbps. worse internet service I ever faced

Amazing facilities.Such luxury within the room, breathtaking views on the city from the balcony and bath.15 min walk from metro station and free bus was running to take you there.Pool was incredible, views were wonderful.Gym was well stocked with new equipment. Would 100% stay here again.

Food options were limited to 2 pricey restaurants.

Fantastic room. Very modern and quite new and it had all the facilities you would expect. Breakfast was great as it was a continental breakfast. Lot of varieties to choose from specially when you stay for more than 3 days.

The structure was fine

For a business trip, I do not recommend it. At the hotel restaurant they block your card and do not let you go up to your room if they have not confirmed that your deposit can cover what you spent, the truth is that for a 5-star hotel it was a service in very bad taste, It looked like they were desperate for your money, I’ll never come back here

The room was very spacious and big and we liked that it has a balcony. The bathroom was also very spacious.

The location is pretty far away from the city center hence to go around could take a lot of time, but around the island there is basically no food to eat. One would need to move out
