Liers , scammers

My deposit , they promised that my deposit will be refunded in 48 hours after check out. Till now I am emailing , calling , waiting . They keep blaming it on my bank . It's not true , I am checking with bank daily. They just stole the money . I complained to the main HQ and they said it's owned by private investor . I hope no one go to this hotel ever. Liers liers liers

The bedroom and living space is big

The bathroom is too small and everything is dated.

Our room was facing the Canton tower. You can't get a better view. Although the property itself seems dated, the room was very modern. My partner loved the fitness club.

The cigarette smell from the lobby on the room floor. Although it did evaporate later on.

gym is very old, equipment is not good at all, the room accessories are very old, sofa is not good at all, i paid room with breakfast, but hotel didn’t accept, they told me wrong information finally they took money 250 cny for 2 person for each morning breakfast, i will never come to this hotel again,

Nice views, convenient store nearby, a bit old stylish but still nice

Great hotel, about ten minutes walking distance to the opera house. Two blocks from the hotel are a few hidden bars, which were fab to discover. Staff speak good English in the hotel. Highly recommend.

Great location. Very easy to get around and nice large comfy rooms

Other hotels in the area have Google services available via WiFi. Not here so something to know. I got around it by tethering my phone however

Layout of the room was good. Fittings and furnishings were of a high standard. Cleanliness could not be faulted. Washroom and shower were excellent.Staff were very polite, helpful and friendly.Would we stay again? Definately.

Breakfast buffet had a good selection, was tasty and everything was hygienic. However, some of the dishes were warm rather than hot.

location close Pearl river was ideal for walking or running , close distance to TV tower. I missed some restaurant nearby in walking distance, which woud be appreciated . Shuttle bus service to Canton fair was excellent always precissly on time

English speaking staff - it was really difficult to commenicate with anybody in the hotel.Despite the relatively unfriendly and inhospitable lobby, the hotel offers comfortable and convenient rooms. The stay here was pleasant

Stephen the concierge was the most helpful and friendly guy nothing was too much trouble and he was always had a smile was a pleasure meeting him

Very good, with large selection for breakfast. A very good choice for business trip in Canton. I recommend it.

Location is great, easy access to all amenities

Coffee machine in the room wasn’t working, reported to from desk everyday. The machine wasn’t fixed or replaced during the stay. Safe box required to be reset, and no one cared to reset the safe.

I liked the location in general

I didn't like the hotel overall. In my opinion it's to glummy and very old. Everything looks used and old-fashioned (in a bad way). So everytime you come back into your room you start feel upset. Most of all I feel tired of lack of light and that the windows aren't opening ? Breakfast is also poor for this price - two coffee machines- one isn't working and the other one doesn't have cappuccino or latte.. So I was happy to leave.

The view that I paid for was Amazing, 18th floor & Canton Tower during Celebrations, especially of a night time was only worthwhile point about my stay.

Says Non Smoking, the smell of cigarettes along corridor & dead cigarettes in water bowl at lifts, disgusting for a Ramada brand. Lack of helpful, knowledgeable English speakers was a frustration, no assistance given to gain easy access to Canton Tower on my Birthday was disappointing. No maps, handouts or similar to assist.

Perfect location for us, most places we went were less than a 45min journey. The room was spacious and the bed was so comfortable. Beautiful view of the Pearl River. The staff were really helpful, we left something in a taxi and they put in so much effort to help us, calling the taxi company and tracking the taxi number etc. Unfortunately we couldn't find it but the manager tried his best, bearing in mind it was already past midnight and we were checking out at 6am for our flight back. Really great customer service.

The only thing is the hotel looked quite dated. Still really nice but some of the furniture and the bathroom looked quite old.

Really comfortable stay with great facilities and friendly staff.

Would have been great if it was a little cheaper and if it were possible for meituan orders to be delivered to your room using the delivery robot, instead of having to go down to reception to collect it yourself. There was also a weird stain on the sofa in our room.

Staff are polite and with very fast response to our request. Can recognize us and remember our room no. For the exercise facilities, as it is share using adjacent fitness centre's facilities, the gym room is consider large and with nearly 20 different equipments. Has both outdoor and indoor swimming pool. Sizes are also not small. Hotel location is just next to the river, hotel information pamphlet also suggest different jogging routes along the river sides.

Hotel location is a bit far from the nearest Metro ( 五羊邨 Wuyangcun) station. Requires 10 - 15 walking

A bit outdated now and needs an update and upgrade, but known what you pay for. Clean and tidy, just not very modern. Restaurant not good, evening buffet was awful, But bus transfer was excellent and efficient
