I wouldn’t recommend

The rooms we got the acs weren’t working and when we called the front desk we were said the hotel is full. If the acs weren’t working they should have informed us. And at the counter while checking we gave some money as an advance and we were told it will be paid in cash when we check out but at the check out we were told it will be credited to our account. Staff at the front desk were very rude

Entry was not clean and people sleeping at the entrance , they were having there blankets and playing cards, total lack of punctuation.

The room was very clean.

The Hotel lobby was horrible with people sleeping on the floor. The staff were not friendly and brushed you off. The room was very clean and comfortable but hotel caters for Chinese people only not us foreigners. Everything was in Chinese and all TV Channels were in Chinese. The room was looking at a wall no scenery at all. There was no restaurant and no facility for someone to go and eat.

The property was clean and tidy.

The location of the property is little away from many things like super markets, walking streets etc

Very welcoming professional and helpful staff from the concierge at the door, the receptionist. Both check in and our was quick and smooth, staff were able to help with what I needed. They were speaking English well, which I found very helpful especially the gentleman at the door were helping me with the taxi explaining to the drivers and all. The rooms were big and clean with all needed amenities. Very safe as a solo traveler I found the hotel comfortable and didn’t worry at all.

Room was decent size.

1. Protesters sleeping in the lobby with a loud megaphone blaring inside, who I'm guessing were ex-employees. Management should have resolved the issue rather than let them drag it out, disrupting guests. Police would come but they would still linger. There is only one dining area with very limited buffet selection for breakfast or dinner. Distance to Canton Fair is about an hour almost. Too far.

They don’t let my visitors come up to my room even after showing a copy of International passport

everything is nice and beautiful. I'm trying to stay here in my every china trip. Big and beautiful place. Breakfast is very very good.

I'm unable to pay by my international credit card, each and every time. I dont know what happed. I'm using the same card for other service in the same hotel, but I'm unable to pay the front desk.

My Booking got canceled at the last minute. Not sure why - did disrupt my plan. Had to rebook again and maike payment.

The city view rooms are amazing, but the back side residential view is really unpleasant

When I return from canton fair I want to shower put on the TV and probably watch TV for an hour or so having taught this is an American brand hotel without a single English channel I will not go back there if the hotel wants to attract international English customers where is BBC CNN or even there own CGTV that has English station based on just this I will not go back

Hotel is excellent value for money. Spacious rooms, excellent amenities, and breakfast is great value for money. Staff are friendly. Hotel is walking distance to Shahe metro station. Line 6 takes you straight to Beijing Road, and short distance by metro to Canton Tower.

The location is poor. Nothing to eat or see. The locations only saving grace is it is nearby a metro station, easily accessible to the main attractions. The staff speak little English, which is fine, but to help communication, there should be something in English and other languages explaining FAQs. For example, directions to the metro.

They have a very comfortable bed . I would just recommend them to be selling a bundle that includes everything from the room + Breakfast + Laundry

They have hidden charges. Laundry has to be paid as extra for 50rmb, breakfast also got me pay extra . Otherwise the hotel in its own is fine. Also they mad me pay extra as a security deposit which wasn’t refunded when I was checking out . I was told that they will get a refund of the balance in 1 month and I’m still waiting for that

Very comfortable and modern building, staff were helpful and most spoke English. They gave us directions on how to get to the subway station and where to shop and eat. The rooms were clean and comfortable, good amenities. Really appreciate having a floor for self-serve laundry.

Location was a bit inaccessible - needed to take a taxi to the subway station.

They started clearing breakfast away at 09h50 which meant we only got to eat what we could grab as they literally were taking it away as we were trying to serve ourselves .. we had been informed that breakfast closed at 10am, I know, but 10am is 10am and not 09h50 !!!!

Centrally located. God sized room and very clean. The cleaning staff was particularly helpful
