Arthur Hotel by Paco Zhujiang New Town

Decor. Space. Bfast and service. People were the kindest ever.

There was an odd smell throughout the hotel, but it's China and its a constant smell in enclosed areas, so can't really blame the hotel.

The breakfast, laundry, gym and great staff are all the things I liked about this hotel. Also, the location is great for access to all the local attractions and events.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like about the hotel. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Location and kindness and welcoming of a new comers

Cleaned and everyday all things are be updated Changing the bedsheet giving water bottle. Coffee. New shoes. Tooth brush all major equipment

The staff are friendly and helpful. The facilities are complete. Breakfast is very good.

I will always choose this hotel when I visit China ,of course the services was so great. Specially head the of chief cooks..food was great breakfast...but I was happy with food for the dinner..

The food for the dinner at list it should be continental food not only China food..

I loved everything about the hotel specially the staff it is unfortunate I dont remember their names, but the guy that did the check in was very cordial and the lady that did the check out went the extra mile to help me. And the food, great

Location near Canton Fair Center

The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great, and they also offer complimentary afternoon tea.

The kitchen is in the first floor and there was very bad odor in the first floor, in elevator

All the staff members are very friendly, nice and polite. Most of the staffs they speak english very good which make our trip much more easier. They also help me ordered food from Chinese delivery app??. W hotel surely 10/10

The breakfast area is too small. The robot thats make noodles sometimes make error which the staff did not fix it. You can add more variety of foods. Thank you??

Don’t bother booking this property they don’t honour been there advertised terms. Neither booking.com

Have reserved the room at this Property with cancellation clause but they have charged me full even cancellation have been done prior to the ad advertised time on Booking.com send them several emails but no response ended up charging my credit card so be very aware if you Like to book anything with them.

Absolutely amazing Hotel with price and quality, nice new rooms equipped with all you need ! Personal in the hotel was very helpful every day about all your requests! Close to canton fair , shuttle during exhibition . Thank you!

Exceptional service all around, the staff was very accommodating to our needs. They even helped us with our laundry when we were out/busy. Laundry/breakfast was all included. My friend and I were ecstatic staying here and would definitely stay again. Location is also close to the Pearl River and many shopping districts.

Everything, the staff are very friendly. The room and design of the hotel are very quirky. Overall, very happy.

The only thing was the restaurant is quite small, during peak time, it was hard to find a table especially with a baby which could be challenging.The other thing is the free drinks are getting less which we were not told before hand.

Comfortable room, 3 meals a day was was well received and good experience.Getting to the hotel from the airport was a bad experience for us. The taxi man was given wrong location by the airport steward. The location given led the taxi man cluless and confused. Finally the waze directed us when we turned it on as we approached the district with the taxi man still remained cluless.

Neighbouring food outlet, otherwise there is nothing interesting around the location.
