The hotel was absolutely beautiful in every aspect. The location was excellent, the cleanliness was outstanding, and the staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and welcoming.Although many people recommended staying directly on Arab Street, we chose this hotel because it is newer, and it turned out to be the perfect choice. It is only a few minutes’ walk from Arab Street, yet the area itself is very quiet and peaceful.One of the highlights of our stay was the room view overlooking the park, which truly made our trip more special. We enjoyed walking in the park every day, and it added a lovely, relaxing touch to our experience.The price was very reasonable considering the level of luxury, comfort, and services provided. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it

Perhaps the only minor point worth mentioning is the breakfast. We are not a picky family, so this was not a big issue for us. However, since we stayed at the hotel for 9 days, we started to feel a bit bored towards the end, as the breakfast was not very varied. The dishes were mostly the same, with only a few items changing from day to day.That said, the main essentials were always available, such as eggs, cheeses, bread, breakfast cereals, and similar items. Overall, it was acceptable, but a bit more variety and rotation would have made the experience even better.

Had an unpleasant experience with staff, “manager” AURORA decided it was a good idea to argue with us about where a spoon went, from the room. We argued at checkout time.After charging $50+ dollars for something as simple as rice. We were staying at their most executive 2bedroom suite, $600 a night, They figured it was very important to find out where a single teaspoon went.

Good breakfast, staffs at the front spoke English (which is very important if you don't speak native language), spacious and well maintained. Overall a good stay.

Early check in wasn't available, hence had to take suites - instead of the standard double - which were pricey.

I had to wait 1 hour for my room even i came to check in at 5.30 pm.. they say that room is not ready.. Hope the management will look into this in the future

This was the start of our 2 week China trip, and without a doubt, the best hotel we’ve stayed at. The rooms are very modern and has everything you need from Dyson hairdryers smart toilets and handheld steamers all at a very convenient location. We were only here for three nights but would’ve loved to stay longer. Our experience was made even better by the very warm and detailed service provided by the guest services team led by Eric and Steven. They went above and beyond to make sure we had the best time starting with a transfer arranged beforehand. It was truly an above five star experience.

Annoying that swim cap was required for the pool, and self serve machine coffee at the guest lounge required extra payment.

In unit washer was amazing! The bathroom design was great, the roof deck was nice too

We didnt like how most of the restaurants on the main road were African or Middle Eastern. Not hotels fault but it was hard to find different places to eat each night that we're actually selling local food.

Breakfast selection could improve, pork wontons overcooked. And shower caps should be provided especially if other things like toothbrush is already readily available.

I have veryyyy bad experience of this hotel staff of front desk and no room services even the wash room problems and food also. Iron was broken accidentally they charge me 1100 RMB even they check in google value was 350 RMB i hate this hotel and not recommended
