Hilton Guangzhou Baiyun

The Concierge staff were really helpful and friendly.

The room was extremely poorly soundproofed; I could clearly hear street noise. This was the first time I'd ever stayed in a hotel with such poor soundproofing. The toilet smelled terrible, as if it hadn't been cleaned properly.

Location, aspect.

Even is nicer then the garden inn from zhangjiajie, stuff at zhangjiajie was better. Kind. The ones from Guangzhou was a bit stiff.

-Clean and spacious rooms.-Convenient location with an easy, short drive to and from the airport- Fast wifi-Extremely helpful and professional staff, especially the concierge team, who assisted me in locating and retrieving a lost item at the airport.

-The breakfast and buffet restaurant could offer a wider variety of dishes to better accommodate international travelers.

Everything. The staff were attentive to quest needs. The breakfast had a wide variety. Rooms were clean and it was located a stone throw from Walmart.

The hotel is rather near to Yue Xiu district. And not far away from Bai Yun International Airport.

The room is very dusty and the carpet is rather dirty. The cleanness standard is not up to expectation.

Location, Staff, Facilities like Gym, Sauna, Swimming pool, and Breakfast was excellent.

It would be waste of money if you stay here. There are many comfy hotels in Guangzhou.

The hotel was very dark, old, and had a strong unpleasant smell. We had booked non-smoking rooms, but upon arrival, we were told they weren’t ready and had to wait an additional hour. When we finally received our room, it was labeled as non-smoking, but it clearly smelled like a smoking room. Very disappointing experience.

Outstanding hotel, very comfortable, attentive staff, great breakfast and very good food location.

I think it's time to change the carpet inside the room and outside in corridors

One of our rooms got upgraded and it was a beautiful suite this was such a nice treat. Well appointed rooms beautiful linen, clean and fresh. I got some laundry done and it was really affordable. The spa was great have the massage special twice and it was divine.

3 star or 4-, view is terrible, staff trained not well

Staff trained not very well, take a long time to register (very long), and all the time we ask questions they are far from nice, even though it’s night time and no people there they are very slow, facility is little old, room view is terrible, I opened it and kept close all the time, we moved out to other hotel

Lack of English at the reception, was forced to provide card details twice: upon arrival and at the check out, don’t understand why cannot this be done once

wonderful hotel! great location! beautiful grounds! there is a swimming pool, great breakfasts, varied dishes! within walking distance, there is a large shopping center! and many small restaurants where you can have a good lunch and dinner! the hotel staff are great guys! always responsive and ready to solve any problems! the room is cleaned daily! the bed and bedding are great!

Response for any Enquiries was excellent. Highly efficient. Staff very helpful. Unfortunately not all has command of English. But very willing to assist where possible. Very friendly.

A bit old but was happy to get an upgrade to executive floor. Facilities were fine. Was good to receive a welcome fruit basket and free use of mini bar.

Stunning hotel

No WiFi at the property, how am IMeant to work? Organised a new hotel for me, but still charged full price even doh I couldn’t do work for 24hrs

Fantastic room, great staff, wonderful services! The room cleaning was superb, the reception area was beautiful and the buffet breakfast was lovely. Would highly recommend. Will definitely stay again when visiting. Location is handy as very close to one of the major subway lines into the main area.

I like the fact that all the staff are always on standby. The food manager Bob is always around the customers asking them if all good and jumping from restaurant to the bar and the reception. Outdoor as well.
