This hotel was wonderful! The rooms were huge with plenty of room. The staff took a lot of time to help us out with answering all of our questions about the city. Hotel Employee at the front desk was a great help and a perfect representative of the hotel.

Breakfast area seemed rather confusing and shabby.

The property is in a great location for Muslim travellers, with halal restaurants within a 10–15 minute walk. It offers helpful amenities like handheld bidet sprayers, a prayer room, and a separate section for halal breakfast (though options were limited). The hotel is clean, has a pool and a gym, and offers stunning 360‑degree views of Guangzhou.

While halal breakfast was available, the options were quite limited. Additionally, the ready-made egg items were placed next to non-halal items, and the same serving tongs were used for both. This raises concerns about cross-contamination. More stringent measures should be in place to ensure clear separation between halal and non-halal food areas to maintain food safety and respect dietary needs.

me and my family stayed here this week, we have couple of rooms but hotel has good attention to detail to all the rooms and thanks to kadri he showed the good places in the city

The hotel is in a good location with easy access for car pickup and drop off. The rooms are spacious and clean. Beds and linens were very comfortable. We had to get 2 rooms for a family of 4 and one of the rooms had a great view as we could see the Canton tower lit up at night. The room had good basics- blackout curtains, mini fridge, usb plugs, robes, slippers and basic toiletries.

They need to have regular rooms (not expensive suites) that can accommodate families of up to 4. Both of our rooms had 2 single beds and there is definitely space to have 2 large queen beds. When I booked the hotel months ago, I had requested our rooms be beside each other, as we are a family with 2 children. When we checked in, they said because there is a conference in the hotel, the best they can do is put us on the same floor. It turned out our rooms were on complete opposite sides of the floor! It was a hassle to split up toiletries and luggage and pack a small bag for my spouse and child to stay in their room. Please consider changing some of your rooms to more family friendly rooms. The hotel lobby is beautiful but the fragrance is much too overwhelming.

The location was good and close to my needs

It doesn’t reach 5 stars! It’s busy hotel and the other branch which is close to airport is way better than this !! Even massage services were the same like what you get in the street with higher prices and cheap stuff!!

Stayed 10 nights in a deluxe king room. Spotless, modern decor, very comfortable bed, and strong shower. Breakfast was varied and tasty. Location perfect for sightseeing. I liked everything from check-in to check out.Room is very spacious,condition of the furniture is good,housekeeping do excellent job plus breakfast was of a wide selection and tasty.Most of all staff were very professional specifically Mr Kadri and sharaf from guest relation and Ms Sylvie concierge supervisor did a great work to make our stay wonderful.
