Great location connected to a mall - nice designed rooms Even tho most of the staff didn’t speak English they were very friendly.

The staff doesn’t speak English, we had to work with everyone with google translate. We often stay in Jumeirah hotels but here we we’re disappointed by the pool area and the language barrier.

Jumeirah GZ is underrated! The place is luxury, clean, and the design is tasteful, comparable to any top tier hotels in GZ. The staff were welcoming and helpful. I was particularly thankful that they sent our baby sleep sag that we left behind to our home address even days after we checked out. Great value. Highly recommended!

Very nice facilities and gorgeous and spacious rooms. You feel like a prince here! I really liked the amenities in the room, the lighting, the bathroom, and the view.

The pool is used for teaching kids to swim, which kind of defeats the purpose of using it for relaxing for guests. The windows desperately need some external cleaning. Breakfast was good but not remarkable.

Amazing modern luxury property. Top class pro-active staff, they race to greet and assist you in every possible way. Definitely the first choice again and again.

Location cant be any better. Many nice restaurants are only 5mins walk away. The front desk, concierge and housekeeping are all very professional, efficient, friendly and helpful. The rooms are very spacious and well kept.

The only ppl who are not so friendly are the staff at breakfast. For some reasons, they dont seem happy working there. We stayed for a week and we noticed this everyday and the restaurant was never busy. Also, pls do something about the bed and pillow. All of us had problem sleeping for days which is such a pity cox everything else is great about the hotel.

I stayed there for a week. Super clean and lovely ammenities. The customer service there was the BEST I have ever seen! I stayed in the loft and was there for work but we had a mid-week birthday party with about 15 friends and DJ's and crates of drinks. We had a noise complaint (because there was a baby next door which we didnt know about), so we were totally ready to stop the party, but they called again and instead of telling us to stop the party, they asked us if we wanted to change rooms instead, so they moved us to a room with no one around us, so that we can turn the music up. The staff accommodated this knowing full well we were having a party and did not judge us for partying. They helped us bring crates of drinks up, the DJ decks, and bought us their glassware! We couldn't believe it because any other hotel probably would have told us to stop. Absolutely insane service. This is not to promote partying, please don't do this :) It was just to show how much they care about their customers.The cleaning lady and one of the staff Jack deserves a RAISE!Throughout the week, they gave us complimentary fruit and dessert daily and asked us if we needed anything else. Deliveries are sent to your room so you don't need to go down.The loft is really great for working, it has a really long table. I also stayed in the premier suite which is very big but the table is smaller than the loft, so for working, the loft is great.I have stayed in all the luxury hotels in GZ and this is by far the best for customer service. I was at another hotel before this (the tallest hotel in GZ beginning with R...) and R's customer service was awful and did not treat their customers with respect. Long story short, I came home at 2am from their bar and they ID'd me and didn't believe I was staying in the hotel, I was already there for 4 days and they couldn't remember me and even ID'd me when I had my room key.

Everything was perfect. Other 5* hotels need to learn from them!

They were quite considerate to prepare the night soup which is so comfort. Room is clean and quiet, with nice room aroma.

Beautiful interior design. Located in the business district close to Canton tower. We liked the late afternoon tea and also the body wash, shampoo, and conditioner.

Maybe more variety in the selection of cakes. It’s a minor detail.

The newest amazing hotel in Guangzhou! Location is fantastic, rooms are so modern and clean, staff are next level helpful and friendly. If you travel for trade fairs at Pazhou, dont waste money staying at the nearby hotels they are old and dated, you can catch the metro from Zhujiang New town and get to the fair in a few stops - its so easy. Great walking at night time near by with best canton tower views

I am really happy with my stay here! I came with my mom(60 years old) and she has always been picky with the accommodations. But she loves this hotel!!! The room is incredible beautiful, love the cozy vibe and the fresh flowers which adds a little bit to the atmosphere. The service here is wonderful! Everyone seems happy with their jobs, when I talked to them they smiled and responded nicely. TBH you don’t see this level of service a lot in Guangzhou, comparing with other hotels. Well if you’re looking for any honest feedbacks here I would say this hotel worths your money!

I barely have anything to complain about

Beautiful new hotel with superb service and facilities, very stylish with very clean large rooms and bathrooms. Very good breakfast buffet spread too. Nothing to complain about. The gym is also excellent with brand new equipment and range. The staff are very responsive.

Everything very good. Maybe replenishing the fruit dish regularly would be nice for guests.

First of all, incredibly polite and welcoming staff. Will take care of pretty much anything. Room was huge and extremely clean. View was absolutely amazing! Breakfast was amazing, very friendly and helpful waiters as well. Hotel facilities are phenomenally. There was not a single bad thing about this hotel, I’m definitely coming back! Recommend!

Beautiful, modern, luxury in central location. Lots of nice small touches, especially for young children. Courteous, professional staff.

Views are best on the south and west side. Breakfast is expensive.

Hotel was very nice and clean.View was great and room layout (duplex) was just amazing.We had a homey vibe while being in the hotel.Decoration of the room and floor was also nice while the lobby was more traditoinal.Breakfast proposed a large variety of options (western and Asian) and it was tasty enough for a buffet style.Te location was also good as it is in a district with many luxury hotels and malls.

it was weird to not have anything to hang clothes at lower floor.also while the setup was similar to home, there was nothing to heat food, enough cuttleries.the shower system at upper floor was too complicated to understand and never figured out how it works.While the food was good, I felt in-room dining didn't provide many options and food got quickly cold.

By far the best hotel I have had in China! The room is really spacious and the staff is really helpful and professional. Location is directly at the nicest neighborhood of Guangzhou. We will definitely be back :)

The is strange moldy smell in the room

The location was nice. It is located in the new town, which is the CBD. So the area is quite new and clean. But all the tourist attractions are in the old town centre, as well as good food options, so it is just a nice view but not much convience.

The cleaning and the service of the hotel is really bad. For a so-called five star hotel, you would expect that the cleaning is done properly. The bath tub is not cleaned, and after filling with water, there's white powder stuff floating. After changing to a different room, the hotel staff also found the bathtub was dirty themselves again.Besides for the bathtub, one night, I found that the pillow case was also dirty with makeup residues after they have changed the beddings. After informing the staff, they just said, okay, we will change it. When I questioned them about their cleaning, they simply just said it was overlooked. Clearly, they do not think that cleaning was a serious issue for a hotel that charges premium price.Besides for the cleaning, there are other issues as well. On the first day I checked in at the hotel, the hot water was out in the middle of the shower. When I asked the staff, they just said, I should just wait for a bit cuz it was broken and being repaired with no apology given. It was like I was expecting too much for having even hot water to shower. After all these have happened, I was trying to make a complaint, the hotel manager was very defensive, either saying it was an unexpected incident with hot water, or that I should just go to the hospital to see whether I have any skin infection if I think that their cleaning is not properly done. Overall, if you can afford this hotel, then, go for four seasons or the Ritz. I only booked it cuz I wanted to give Jumeirah brand a try, and I am regretting the decision.
