Staff are fabulous they are all willing to help when you needs them and they were very polite. Rooms are clean I definitely come back.

I like everything it was an amazing experience I come to Guangzhou for work and after a long tired day I feel good when I come back to your hotel.

Cleaning and room size

No spa in hotel and There is noisy construction work near the hotel, but it is quiet after 10 pm.

There was an ongoing construction right in front of the hotel so it was so noisy in our room. But when we complained, the staff were so understanding and we asked to move to another room to avoid the noise and they were so handy to transferred our stuffs and very helpful eventho it’s pass midnight already. Thank you.

Very Clean , very comfortable rooms . Very good stuff, helps for any problems . Bathrooms is clean , smart tools inside , tub . Breakfast was perfect , for tourists best option for breakfast. They use Elemis cosmetics in bathroom ?????? .

It’s not hotels fault. Government builds metro outside , so they work saturday , sunday , sometimes at night and it’s sooo noisy . Ask numbers that looks back . Wifi for wp & instagram is working just in room , doesn’t work in lobby and other places of hotel .

The hotel is very clean and the internet is fast.

The neighbourhood is crowded, and the noise from the construction site is deafening, especially at night.

The staff were very friendly and professional. Bernince went above and beyond to arrange a quiet room during the checking in. Over my stay, Amy, Justin and Andrew did their best to give the guests a good experience.The hotel room and facilities were clean, modern and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. The complementary mooncakes was a nice gesture.

The location currently. Hope that will improve after the subway construction is finished.

The location and friendly staff at the reception. We had stayed twice at this property. Although there is a bit of construction it did not bother us with our travel and stay. We had exceptional welcome from Ms Zoeky during our checkin. We so pleased with the Kempinski Guangzhou.

All was exceptional.

During my recent stay in Guangzhou, I stayed at the Kempinski Hotel. While the hotel itself was comfortable and the service was generally acceptable, I found the location to be less convenient than expected. The area was quite local and not as upscale as I had hoped, and frequent road restrictions and police activity caused delays when traveling to and from the hotel. It was also relatively far from major shopping areas and the Canton Fair venue. Additionally, the breakfast experience was disappointing in terms of both quality and variety, leading me to cancel it from my room booking. I had paid for breakfast for both rooms I reserved, yet I have not received any refund to date — despite it having been nearly a week since I returned from my trip. Overall, while the hotel had some positives, these issues would make me reconsider staying there in the future.

Very clean, and very spacious

It’s very hard to get out of the area, construction is just everywhere, it’s very noisy out there.

The location is very very, very bad and outside you see all houses very old houses. This is not Kominsky. Then I tell them I would check out. I don’t want to stay. I paid for one night even I pay full rate and then I left from there and I go to other hotel, which is more more more convenient. I’m sorry you are recommending this hotel for me and I got stuck with it. I know this is your mistake not my mistake if you want me to stay with you always and put good recommendation for my friend. Then you have to compensate me for this. I had a hard time even when I want to eat and come back the driver he took me one and a half hour instead of 10 minutes believe me.

Only I like the stuff they’re nice the breakfast good the room very very good. The quiet, nice everything the facilities in the room excellent except location.

Breakfast could have been a LOT better. The options offered were very limited, for example the cheese selection, the food variety.As for the location is was quite good, very accessible and close to the metro or enough exits to escape the traffic.

the staff werent well educated about activities, restaurants, sightseeing or whatever they were asked for, their level of knowledge could be improved drastically.

I like the cleanliness of the room, the decoration, the colors and furniture

that there is no place in the lobby with music and coffee shop to work in the evening and enjoy setting in the lobby

The rooms were so spacious and beautiful, cleaning staff were top notch and the breakfast was delicious. The reception staff were also excellent. The only note would be to include plates and cups in the kitchen. And for room service to end later then 8:45pm It’s an international hotel with lots of people coming for business so most people get back to the hotel later than 8 and would still like to have dinner.
