Pros +
- the room was so small. the bathroom wall has blood! the bathroom barely big enough for one person to stand! The check in staff was so rude! No facial expression! No smile, felt so unwelcome! The value does not worth the price! The smallest room ever seen for a place called hotel room!
- The room was very spacious and clean. Location is in a quiet neighborhood which was great. Close to mongkok
- Was able to check in early around 11:30 a.m. and got a free upgrade to a bigger room! So happy with the upgrade since I expected a small stay in HK. Room was clean and the staff were very friendly.
Cons -
- Far from MTR and train station. Walking uphills with luggages was exhausting. Water costs $12/ bottle. During check out, the front desk asked me to leave the pen since it's not free. I've to ask again to keep it as souvenir.

The room and toilet is clean, bed is comfortable, and the place is quiet. The room is spacious equipped with closet and hangers. I arrived at midnight without a booking, the reception is very helpful and assisted me to get a room. Taxi are available outside and few minutes walk to mongkok. The room has big window with nice view. I highly recommend this hotel.
South facing with view of PC school.

clean, comfortable, helpful staff
the hill to walk up to the hotel
A bit far from the metro stations, approx 15 mins walk. The room was clean and we had a nice view from the high floor. You have to pay for the water in the room. Overall it was a pleasant stay.
Location was not the best.
Very friendly staff, clean room, bathroom spacious
Friendly staff, very clean , spacious.
It is an 800m walk from the MRT. There is a bus stop nearby that can take you to the station.
Summit View Kowloon is an extremely budget friendly hotel for the location and the size of the hotel room. Anyone how has ever gone to Hong Kong will know that hotels are normally extremely small with little to no space for luggage or space to move around in the bathroom; however, this hotel was spacious in comparison. Also, the location was great! A short walk to the subway and also there is a bus a few minutes walk away that takes you straight to Causeway Bay. Will definitely book again next time I am in Hong Kong.
I like the cleanliness and hotel room service. However it was far from the nearest train station.
The room is clean.
Staff: not nice and unhelpfulLocation: It's located on the hill. So if you have to walk up there with big luggage, it's not a good choice.
It’s close to Mong Kok. The location is quite convenient.
It’s obviously overpriced. The room is small, not very clean and everything is aged.
It was clean, quiet and convenient. I really enjoyed my stay. The staff was very helpful.
The attitude of the staff is not very good. The consultation is an impatient attitude. The transportation is not very convenient. The geographical location has no advantage. The check-in experience is very poor. I will never stay in this kind of hotel again!!!!
Service attitude
1. Location: is excellent, quiet but just a few minutes’ walk to the hustle and bustle city. 2. Great shower3. Strong air-con
1. Kettle: for health concerns, is the kettle made of plastics? phthalates? Why not using stainless steel kettle? 2. The sink is clogged. Water isn't draining properly.3. too strong ceiling spotlight over the bed.
Good location. Clean rooms.
Please indicate that your hotel requires at least one female guest within one room reservation. It will be easier for future guest to understand, that this hotel is from YWCA, thus is requirement existed.
The room is a good size for HK, the AC worked well and it was very comfortable.
They don’t change the bedding unless you specifically request it - we asked twice to change our sheets (within our 6 night stay) and it was not changed.
Nice location and room comfortable when we come in , clean with big windows; tidy bathroom; warm beds!
But when we checked in ,receptionist was too cold like we owe him money, made us feel terribly uncomfortable gave us unforgettable horrible memories !(hopefully the guy being happy soon ??)Secondly, air condition facility noisy like flying in airplane the whole night not lying down in bed ?
The room was very clean and well-organized, which transcended the experience. The corridor was bright and smelled good. Everyone was quiet, we had a good sleep. The view as also good.
If I had to pick, that would be the slightly loud AC even when we set the wind as low.
