The Staff are very polite and helpful.

There are problem with the room keys. I have to reset the keys 3 times during my stay.

Location is the best, MTR is close by with excellent views of the harbor. Staff are responsive and helpful.

Interior and fixtures are all mostly dated. They have to replace 3 TVs during our stay just to show they are still recycling old furnitures. We have to turn off the water gate valve in the toilet as it runs all night and wasting water.

Close to metro stop and nice area!

The rooms need some updates, the ac/heat did not work well

I booked king / nonsmoking and during check in, I was told only full available. After insisting on a king size bed, I was given king/smoking. The mattress was terrible and lumpy, hard solid in the middle...room 2928. And the scent of smoke is unpleasant.

It's location is convenient to Take bus , MTR and taxi. When I requested to change room 3 days later because some athletes Stayed with us on the same floor And they make a lot noises. The Hotel updates us to a sea view room.

One thing I did not like was they cancelled The free hotel bus to Central area.

Location is good, easy to go take bus, MTR also they have shuttle bus to Central. The room size is good and the staffs are polite.

Don't know why the hair dryer is in the desk's drawer and not in the bathroom, a little not convenient.

Large room, amazing location, inexpensive price

location is great. easy access to metro lines. staff very knowledgable on how to get to various places.

bathroom does not have an electrical outlet. but this will not stop me from staying there again. just an oddity.

This is my second stay in Harbour Plaza Hotel in the last six months. Every things are perfect for me at this price. Although the location is a little bit farther from the city center.MTR,TRAMS,BUS stops at in front of hotel.Take #A12 Airport bus(US$6.)

Size of the room. The hotel staff were very helpful.

The free shuttle bus is always full and then also runs less frequently on weekends.

free unlimited inroom wifi. very good price for a "4star". large bed.

the airport shuttle took a long time to come had to take a taxi in the end. there is another hotel (harbour grand) by the same Chinese name so make sure you know the address. most taxi drivers don't know English name of hotels.

location, by the metro and tram space is quite large in HK standards

Bed sheet not washed clean, with spots. Hair and biscuit crumbs on the bed linen. Reception staff was not welcoming, cold face with no smile.

the hotel is near by the MTR.Good location to anywhere with the metro.the price I payed is good value.

It would be nice if they provide more wifi service time insteadjust half hour .

Only thing I liked about Hotel was the appearance from the outside.

The staff was rude! The restaurant was expensive and food was awful. The waiter was rude and impatient. Very disappointed that it's supposed to be a 4 star hotel and customer service was so poor. The staff made me feel like I was wasting their time.

A most spacious room, very comfortable. Pleasant bar, room for friends.Helpful staff.

The staff, the quality care, the food, the advice/suggestions, and the attention to detail.

The hotel is situated a little far on Hong Kong island, but I guess that is good in that it is very quiet and secluded. I truly enjoyed my stay, and will be back.

Very helpful an honest staff. I left my credit card in the safe on departure an they already had a message and the card for me, when I got the rest of my luggage.

The Food in Restaurant on the Lobby floor was poor according to my experience. The "roasted crispy duck" was cold on the first trial and when they had it warm, it was anything else but "crispy" ...

It was rated 4 stars, but it feels like a 3 stars hotel. It was also right next to a mortuary (wth!!!). No restaurant or stores around.

Fantastic king sized bed and superb hot shower. Very close to the MTR underground system.

Having to pay for the internet.
