had a sewer clogged that came over trough the sewer pipe on the floor, had to change rooms, had issues with water coming out of the sink filthy nasty sewer color had to change room again. ( video was taken and shown to managements)

Check-in staff was extremely professional and attentive. Great location and views of the harbor.

The room has a great view. We booked the room to watch the fireworks, and though no fault of the hotel, the fireworks was cancelled this year.

We gave our numbers to the hotel that we would have 5 person's staying in 2 rooms and we assumed that an extra bed would be included for us in one of the rooms at an extra cost however the hotel front desk advised us the hotel was very busy so they had no extra bed for us for the first 2 nights. My son had to sleep on the floor.

Location very close to subway

Rooms a bit worn out, two lifts out of service demanding more than 10 minutes in the mornings. And worse the breakfast quite expensive and with a huge queue. Much better to spend this unbelievable expensive breakfast budget outside. There are several good restaurants with much better options.

Prime location close to lively touristic destinations.

This stay was very disappointing and did not reflect the pricing or 5-star positioning of the hotel.The property is clearly in need of a major renovation. Visible wear and tear was evident throughout the room and common areas, damaged furniture, scratched and peeling surfaces, and poorly maintained fixtures. This is not acceptable for a hotel charging premium rates.Rooms are small, dated, and feel tired rather than upscale. Despite this, prices were extremely high compared to other high-end hotels in Hong Kong that offer far better condition, space, and value.Rates were clearly inflated due to the New Year period and the hotel’s harbor location, with an implied premium for fireworks views. However, there were no fireworks in Hong Kong this year, which made the pricing particularly unjustified and disappointing.Room service was another major issue: food quality was poor, delivery took an excessive amount of time, and prices were unreasonably high for what was provided.Overall, this stay did not justify the cost. Everything, specially the efficient, effective, nice front desk people specially JAY in the front desk who is a big help to us. The breakfast buffet, everyone are nice and helpful and the food is superb

The staff were always friendly and the location is amazing! Always taxis available!

Cleanliness and location

Elevator did not function properly and would not stop at the L floor sometimes

Breakfast too Asian for me; I didn’t have many choices, but the variety was amazing if you enjoy this kind of food. The staff was very polite and helpful—just superb. Fast internet, a great view and surrounding area, and really nice restaurants within the property.

The elevators are not meeting the needs, with too long waiting times to go down or up.

The property's felt worn in need of a renovation, the room and the hallways also were smelt like wet moisture in the air, everything in the room was somewhat damp

Accommodated met late check out request

No AC in the room. Extremely noisy small portable AC that did not cool the room properly. Very hard to sleep.

Good location, beautiful decor, helpful staff. Dylan went out of his way to help us find a medical adjacent supply we needed.

Breakfast was anything you might want no matter where you were from but at $40 per it would have been nice to have a simpler, less expensive alternative.

I love how easy it is to walk to the MTR and Exhibition Centre. The staff are friendly and helpful. Love the view of the city skyline from my room window, had a blast taking cityscapes on my first night. I ordered a simple burger and tiramisu, but didnt expect a food presentation so grand, their tiramisu tasted absolute best

they saying there is Halal Food but nothing and as an international brand they don't have the basic of Halal food service

Location is best parent clean rooms. AC could be a little cold but still very nice hotel with nice views with access to trains, taxis and ferries. Right next to the harbor in a five minute walk too many things that you would want to need. The restaurant and hotel was pretty tasty. That all you can eat lobster night on Monday.

So at hotel. Solid stay. Close to multiple things that you need such as taxis fairies and train stations. Safe clean neighborhood. Nice views of the harbor. Good bar and restaurant in the hotel.Close to local shopping as well attentive staff. A very solid day with 100% use it again.

Connected to the HKCEC and we were there for the jewellery show so it was really convenient.

Maybe that it’s a bit pricey. But well, maybe that it’s a nice hotel so it has to be pricey considering that even the slippers were of very good quality.
