spacious room

Carpet in room is pretty unclean. Noisy lobby.

It is near the university area, busy and easy to access to train.

The hotel isn't as clean as it mentions online.

Location

The fridge not working. The alarm clock not working and showing wrong time

Hotel was nice new and new furnishings very nice, It is also located right next to a train and bus station so you can go anywhere in Hong Kong easily. The Concierge was great and so helpful in all I needed. and the staff was friendly and helpful.

The only negative is there is not a lot in the way of shopping and local restaurants just a few little take out places and 1 breakfast place. Everything else was great and we could of used the hotel restaurants but I like to try the local eateries.

This is not about the inner hotel itself, but it's located very close to the train station, which makes it very easy to access anywhere in Hong Kong.

Its a great hotel at a reasonable price.

Some staff members couldn't speak English.

Everything was great - the rooms are very large and well appointed. The service is outstanding and people are very nice. There is a nice pool area outside (which I didn't get to try) and several restaurants on site with very good food.

Everything is a bit too pricey. And the place is designed in such a way that you need to or are tempted to go places where you spend money (e.g., ridiculously small sofa area in the huge lobby of a humongous hotel, which doesn't leave you much choice than to go to one of the restaurants and wait for your check-in time there.

Staff are lovely. The room is spacious and has great views.

A la carte options at dining could be better, especially for vegetarians.

The rooms are spacious with an awesome view of harbour, the staffs are polite and the hospitality is great, I will visit again for sure

Nothing to complain about

They had consideration for "halal" choices at breakfast! The hotel was very accessible. The metro station and bus were right at the hotel premises. It was just a lift to the ground floor, and you walked straight to University Station, which had buses and the metro. The view from my window was great! There was so much green all around the hotel. The staff were super helpful in suggesting transport options and in calling a taxi. I forgot property in the hotel safe and was able to claim it back after I had checked out!

My husband lost his sunglasses, but we failed to find them. We tried to look around in the restaurant and room as we were checking out, but failed to find them.

Room - spacious

Breakfast - ran out of juice, fruit, jams - staff inattentive. I was down 30 mins before closure.During Typhoon no space offered to sit - business office closed.

Spacious bedroom / bathroom / shower and strong shower water pressure.

I little dated.Breakfast was chaotic - inattentive staff and didn't refill juices, fruits etc. Not sure if one off as we were in T10 typhoon so they may have been short staffed.

A beautiful, modern hotel in a convenient location! We had a great view from our lovely room!

Room cleaning was often late due to poor hotel management and shortage of staff.Poor hygiene: Housekeeping staff washed cups and other glass ware in the bathroom wash basin. This is not hygienic. All dining / drinking items should be cleaned at pantries / kitchens.The above is inconsistent with the brand of Hyatt Regency Hotel.
