Hyatt Centric Victoria Harbour

The rooms and restaurant and the staff are great

For me the location was just ok.

The pool. Amazing view. The room is nice. The cruise restaurant has the best view of the harbour.

Breakfast buffet is not worth it. Very limited choices.

Centrally located; Close to MTR station; Fantastic view of the harbor; many restaurants and shops just outside of the hotel, very friendly staff and has two very good restaurants inside the hotel and expensive shops in the basement.

Had a false fire alarm during our stay.

Location for my purpose.

Sticky granite table counter in the room.

Clean and new.

A bit far from the action.

superb hotel

perhaps a nearby restaurant list would be great

New property

Bit noisy during the night from next door

room, location,breakfast,service

nothing-all good

Love it. Very convenient to get around HK

Room is very comfortable and clean but a little small. I guess it’s HK standard.

Breakfast area was nice with quite interesting view of harbor and running vehicles on the overpass. Food was interesting with variety of international food. Service and atmosphere was cosy.Room was convenient size with nice harbor view. Bed was comfy and clean.

Free snack vouchers, view from the room, price, gym, service, room amenities, room design, mall connectivity, helpful staffs

Heater is not powerful enough, not enough place to hang towel

I like the outdoors area. It was a great place to walk. It was good. It was Family orient yeah so that’s it.

I guess because that was hotel was a business center. Your staff really wasn’t up-to-date on making recommendations because I guess they thought everybody wanted to eat in the hotel, which is not true. That was my disappointment.

Excellent location, seaside, good view. Next to North Point metro station. New facilities.

Extra deposit need to be paid when checking in. Not supporting e-payment for the deposit.

Great shower in the bathroom, although having a bath included would have been a fantastic value add.The view from the room was also amazing - you can clearly see the water and the city across. It's quite dazzling at night when the city lights are on.It's also a great touch that the TV allows one to stream from their devices.

The table felt a little cramped, given the coffee machine and water filter. The cable provided for charging devices is a nice addition, these cables need to be checked cause they can fail over time and charge the device too slowly or not at all.

Location ang breakfast buffet; very nice staff and service oriented

Insect in the room on our last day; also incomplete items for 3 persons

Decent size room and bathroom

Lobby and elevator banks Didnt seem to flow seamlessly

This is an exceptional hotel. I didn't find anything which can be improved. This is in my opinion a perfect hotel and all hotels should be like this. The location was perfect, it is near the harbour and 2 mins from North point MTR. Perfect rooms overlooking the harbour, amazing breakfast and superb hospitality.

I liked everything.

The room view, the calm of the hotel for family during Xmas.

The hotel exceeded my expectations. It was clean and tidy, with an amazing view. The breakfast was delicious, and the restaurant on the upper floor was excellent. I would definitely stay here again.”

Everything was more than OK

Great breakfast buffetComfortable roomLoved the rooftop pool with harbour viewWalking distance to the metro station
