Hotel location is bad, which is expected. Front desk staff is unprofessional and not friendly. However, the room cleaning staff is friendly.

spacious, modern. finally, it was far from the MRT, so i had to walk a bit which i enjoyed for me, but i dont know about you

no iron board. the gym also could be better. also i thought they had pasta for breakfast as shown in an advert, but it is other food.

THE DRIVER IS SO RUDE! HE'S SHOUTING TO PEOPLE AND POINTING FINGERS

the room is spacious

The driver cannot understand English and he shouted on us so loud that my 5 year old daughter cried because she was extremely frightened. The driver has a bad attitude. Very strict, not answering question and keeps on shouting. Literally shouting angrily and pointing his fingers on us even if you are just asking question telling us to get out of the bus. VERY RUDE!

The room was quiet, relatively big for the Hong Kong standard and the bed was up to the level of comfort expected.

The wifi connection was slightly more complicated than expected but nothing major to overcome.

1. The space is really cozy and huge, espically in Hong Kong. 2. The facilities are new. It was raining outside and I can still borrow the umbrella from the reception. 3. There is gym room and meeting room provided.

1. The location is really far away from the center. After arriving to the MTR station, I still need to take the shuttle bus to get there. 2. There are no restaurants and shops around the hotel. You need to take the shuttle bus or bus to get other places.

It's spacious and clean.

The shuttle bus driver at 8am and 1045pm is so rude. He is not accomodating at all and he is shouting to all of my family when we ride the bus ?

Separate washroom is perfect.

Location is far even there is a shuttle service.

It waa fun. But. Since location if far, we had to walk far and travel far thru MRT and bus to get to other attractions.

Far from Center. Surrounding buildings look old. Dark ambiance. Socket plug is not universal, needs adapter.

Shuttle to MTR was the best thing. So convenient and super fast. At the MTR stop there is a shopping centre on the right side and MTR on the left. The shuttle has a quick turn over - every 30mins. Loved the spaces in the two rooms we had. The drawers we had to put our clothes in, the hangers for clothes to hang. The bed was super comfy and the shower was a blast. Loved the cleaners so friendly and helpful. Would recommend and come back again.

Dirty rooms, floors never vacuumed, sheets never changed during our 6 nights stay. Only towels etc were changed and that's it. when we arrived we opened the door in the bathroom and dust dropped from the top of the door hinges. No laundry services in the hotel. Have to book laundry which is charged per piece of clothing and it can take a day unless its booked as a fast priority one which is more pricey. We had to walk with our laundry to the nearest laundromat which then only took the Octopus card- no coin laundromat close by. The reception staff especially the female ones were quite rude.

So fat the room is clean . Acceptable

The room has a very noice from the general AC system. Cannot slept at the first night , complain with the front desk @ 1:00 might night. The answer is they can’t do anything about this. Changes the room @ next morning. Finally got a little bit light AC system sounds room . But never choose this hotel again. For the travelers have a clean & quiet place to rest is important. They got the money but can’t provide the quality to the customers. ??

We are 3 but they keep giving us 2 towels,I Asked the cleaners to give us 3 towels but they didnt. No complimentary coffee,no drinking water.

Ok as per location. Good room size and clean

We were early booked adjoining connecting 2 rooms, but when we checked in, they given us not connecting rooms, which deducted points.

The room is spacious and they always make the room and change towels.

The smell of the toilet after flushing has a very bad odor. I think it’s the drainage. The location is very far from the tourist area but very accessible with the bus stations.

Hotel and rooms was ok and acceptable for its price. The location is not an issue as we took Uber throughout the trip. But to reconsider if mainly using train. Check in check out were average without any concerns. We can also leave our luggages and take them in the evening.

Room 801, after coming back to room, always smell the cigarette smoke in the room, especially in the toilet - very strong smell. Can hear voice from room next door, especially when leaning on the bed tops.
