Lack of heat. Temperature got down to 40s at night and lack of heat made it extremely difficult to sleep.

Friendly service, good location, nice sized rooms.

The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. The 4th floor lounge was an excellent place to relax and socialize, offering free coffee, tea, and water throughout the day, and free wine from 5-8 pm.

The room was very small, and smaller than I was expecting for the price. The hotel was not easy to find. Someone should have sent me directions in advance.

Very well located and for the price, and if you value location above all things then this is a very convenient location and good choice if you want to be located by the city center.

The hotel was a bit dated. The bathroom "shutters" also don't completely block out light so if someone turns on the light to go to the bathroom in the evening it could be a disturbance for the other person,

Outstanding location to everything on Hong Kong Island. Easy to get to from the Airport Express train. Overhead walkways practically the whole way. Close to Central Market, street food, shops and to the MTR. Hotel staff friendly. Rooms adequate and comfortable especially for the price.

The location, views and aesthetic was nothing short of fantastic! Being in a high rise overlooking the city and Victoria Harbor was certainly special! Comfortable beds, and a phenomenal breakfast were also definite highlights. Staff were all accommodating and kind every step of the way.

Although the cleanliness was satisfactory, it is evident that others’ complaints were certainly valid. By no means is it a health issue, more of a cosmetic one.

Bad

The price was super high for super tiny room , 2000$-2400$ for a night in a 3-3 meter room , the decoration was so bad and so old, bathroom door so small, closet so small I couldn’t fit much things, there was no water no toothbrush , the water you have to drink from the sink and when I check the glasses before drinking there was dust and hair in it, and “SOME” of the staff was very bad and doesn’t help fix problems, instead they laughed at me or just lie about “the hotel doesn’t allow us helping customers “ unless if it was true , at this point it’s surprisingly the worst hotel I been too in my life

Location cannot be better. Next to so many good food and nightlife and shopping options. A 10 min walk from central station or from the bus stop for the A11 airport line. The staff are very friendly, the rooms very clean and were cleaned with new sheets and towel every day. It’s very quiet and easy to sleep at night. There’s a gym with free water refills there also. Def recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Hk

Could maybe provide 1 or 2 complimentary bottles of water in the room?

Location, check-in procedure

We asked for a heater because it was really cold in a room, but we didn’t receive one. Carpets in both corridor and room had stains sand were really old.

The decor of the room to the staff attentiveness. Everything in a destination hotel! The sunlight the room had was amazing and started off each day on a great note. Loved their robes!

Excellent location, not far from both Central & Hong Kong stations. Nice restaurants/bars nearby. Bed was very comfortable, soap/shampoo/conditioner available. Decent variety for breakfast (eggs/criossant/fruits/yogurt/coffee and other meats & some Asian options.

Room was very small. Gym was tiny considering number of hotel rooms. Expensive breakfast. Expensive stay.

The room was small but tastefully and innovatively decorated. The bed was comfortable and the pillows - OMG! just the type I like.

There was no converters for the non-HK plugs nor USB ports in the outlets, which should have been standard. If you didn't have yours, you had to poney up 150HK$ to buy it at the lobby.

Location is great

It’s old. Few updates but old. No water. Have to use tap water and fill up a machine. Staff would not print me a receipt because I booked on booking.com.

Horribly dirty carpets very dirty bed was not clean

Room was not clean and dingy comforter did not have sheet under it I got skin infection/ bed bug bites
