The location was great

There were obvious stains in the carpet, in the bathroom and on the side panel

The bed is comfortable and the location is good.

The room was not clean i found a teeth cleaner in the ground. The moquet was not clean.I had a deluxe room upgrade but they gave me a regular room and it was very small.

Compared to the size of the most rooms in Hong Kong, this was very nice, I am 6'1" and need a larger bed/room. Not the best location, had to walk a ways to get places. The staff was able to get me into a room with early check in which was wonderful. It is also nice that you can go straight to your room without going through the lobby

High floor, long wait for elevators. Not the best location

Location is close to public transportation. Was clean and beds were comfortable.

Rooms are small, but its to be expected for Hong Kong.

This hotel is very clean, near by tin Hau met station. Room is not big but that's normal in Hongkong. Bed is good and room have safe, water heater. So a good place to be for a normal price.

That I must ask always to clean the room. Theyf respond and clean it direct. So no big issue.

Value for money, not too far aways from the MTR station. Resting space was nice & the arts display in the room was lovely. There’s a laundromat nearby about 5mins aways down the street “flow & roll” but u can’t choose the machine.

No space to put ur shampoo, soap etc in the shower area, not enough hanging space or even any foldable table— which I feel they would have put in foldable table near the door area & have shelf in the shower to put ur shower essential.

The room design is very pleasant. The room was clean and had all the amenities you'd expect. This booking also had a significant discount applied which was very nice!

For some reason, the bathroom door impedes access to the toilet when open (you almost need to move into the shower and then close the door).

Great location, located nearby to two metro stations on the Island Line meant that getting around the city was easy. The hotel itself was clean and the staff were friendly and efficient, couldn't ask for anything else!

Being on a higher floor meant the room got very warm at night but opening a window meant you heard the noise of the city outside.

Good location n good staff, especially Grace n Aaron, they are very helpul

Hotel new. Good compact design. Quiet yet convenient. Peaceful neighborhood. Helpful staff. Will definitely come again.

TV IS TOO BIG FOR SUCH SMALL ROOM. NOISY IF KIDS WATCHING THE TV.

The location was an easy walk from the MTR. Victoria park is close if you want to stretch your legs. Great Dim sum around the corner, recommended by the receptionist as her favourite.

Shower needed a deep clean (I have high standards- when it comes to bathrooms), but otherwise room was clean.

It was a reasonable security

I booked a wheelchair accessible room for my mum and I to stay in. The only thing accessible about the room was that it didn’t have a cabinet under the sink. The room was so tiny and had absolutely no way to move the wheelchair around. The bathroom had a shower screen so I couldn’t move the wheelchair in. No shower seat, no grab bars and no toilet rails. The bed was cramped into a corner so it was difficult to get onto the bed. When I spoke to the duty manager, he said that it was the best they can do. What a joke. Don’t publish that you have an accessible room when it is not. Having a railing on the side of the main door does not make it accessible by any means.

The location was very near the MTR. Very convenient to travel out. The hotel is not hard to find also. And the overall design, cleanliness of the room are superb.

The rooms could be bigger.

1. The location is convenient. There is a direct bus (A11) to and from the airport. 2.The room is cleaned everyday. 3. The beds are comfortable4. There are many restaurants around the hotel.

Hotel was in a good location. A short walk to the MTR, lots of food options and stores around. The hotel was also very clean, easy to find, and the staff were very helpful. I would definitely stay here again, because the staff were so lovely!

Room was small to me, but a friend who used to live in Hong Kong told me it was a pretty good value and size, all things considered. The hotel staff also rang our doorbell one night at 10pm to bring us slippers even though we didn't request any.

The staff is helpful and friendly. There is room service every day. They change the towels and make our bed everyday. The room is clean. The bed is very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay very much.

The room size is a little small, so it's difficult to eat takeaway in the room or do other things except going back to bed.

Location is quite close to the MTR station so it's quite convenient. Staff were helpful and made sure that check in and check out was smooth.

The location of the hotel is fine, however, it's close to the rubbish collection. So I didn't like walking past that every single day, sometimes it would smell pretty badly and we were on the lower floors. Would have been nicer if we were slightly higher up.

The hotel location is good, several food stalls around and 711 too, 5 minutes walk from tin hau station, they gave us early check in since our flight arrived early. The room is small but clean and the bed also comfy.

I hate the sound of the aircon. I asked them to fixed it, they did, it went smooth for a while then it make annoying rough machine sounds again.
