Sheraton Hong Kong Hotel & Towers

Best service and buffet breakfast and choice is world class...used to so much rubbish below standards in Australia this is 10 times better for sure for same class and money spent. people need to travel to experience good standards outside Australia...

good location and good connectivity to metro and busses and ferry...and room service and cleaning is excellent...enough staff that don't keep you waiting.

This is my base when in HK- the location is fantastic - the views of the HK skyline are spectacular/ staff are so professional and accommodating- and the breakfast buffet is excellent!

The room was comfortable and clean. The staff was also very friendly and approachable

Some of the guests in the hotel are inpatient and sometimes would cut the queues for those waiting at the check-in/ check-out area. However, the staffs are very understanding and apologise to those in the queues and they did make an effort to attend to those in the queues as soon as possible.

The hotel is well maintained, in a central location, and has very professional and helpful staff.

The room is very clean.

There is no space round a basin.Provide less cans of water.

Nice sized modern room. Clean. The location couldn’t be better. So convenient to the Metro, shopping, restaurants, attraction etc. the staff was attentive and eager to help. Restaurants on property. I picked it for the location and it did not disappoint. I got one with a view of the harbor but we were not very high up so the view was limited.

The beds could be softer.

The interior of the room is modern and aesthetically appealing

The bathroom is so cramped, small and the door gets on the way whenever going out of the shower.. there’s no bidet.

I'm disappointed with the treatment of trying to coordinate a guest name change for the reservation at the Sheraton Hong Kong.

Loved the location and spacious room

Never provided drinking water on daily basis, Also nobody didn’t pick us up from the front door . We had to bring our luggage’s up on the stairs by ourselves.Also didn’t like the coffee of the 5 star hotel

Newly renovated rooms are well-designed, quiet, and genuinely comfortable—exactly the upgrade we hoped for. The location is outstanding: seamless transport links, a new mall and the cultural centre next door, a sunset-friendly waterfront promenade, and the Star Ferry to Hong Kong Island just minutes away.

Breakfast, however, was below expectations, so we ended up eating outside the hotel most mornings.

The gym was not favorite

Great product, a bit old but still nice good location right in the heart of Kowloon

It's located in the centet of Hong Kong. It's close to the metro station and the star ferry station. The facility is also very good. The staffs are helpful and friendly. The room is big enough, especially in HK.

there were unbearable smell in the room/hallway, its smells like mold and humidity. it was so strong and stinky that i had headache
