The location is great. Right in front of a mall and a metro station (Times Square). The hotel is just fine for what you pay.

The hotel breakfast is NOT good. You might be tempted to book with breakfast included but please don't do it! The hotel is surrounded with plenty of places to eat. Actually, you can have a nice breakfast just next to the hotel at the left.

Hotel staff especially front desk are very knowledgeable and helpful. Centrally located and close to everything. Steps from restaurants of great variety.

Gym is too small.

Location, location, location

A bit of long wait for a taxi. Unless of you walk to the other side of the mall (time square) there are loads of taxi there!

Location was excellent, right near the subway station, with lots of things to do nearby, such as shopping at Times Square, strolling at Victoria Park. The staff was friendly and helpful, they got a heater for my room, since I was feeling cold in the room (Hong Kong buildings have no heating).

I liked how the staff were friendly and accommodating. The location was excellent as HK is very busy and overwhelming for a first-time visitor.

The gym was tiny. It was good that they had something, but it wasn't a good fit. I didn't like the temperature control as I couldn't change it. However, the staff did give us extra blankets to compromise for the cold setting of the A/C. I liked the bathroom and the space was clean. The beds were not the most comfortable but good for a budget hotel.

The location is perfect, right next to a MTR exit, just opposite Times Square, within walking distance to Fashion Walk and other sights.

The location is unbeatable: I took the Airport Express to Central, changed to the blue line, got off at Causeway Bay, exited at F1, and walked about five minutes to Times Square. The hotel is right behind it. Extremely convenient, surrounded by shops, and with the MTR literally a 5-minute walk (or less, thanks to multiple entrances).Rooms are spacious by Hong Kong standards, the staff is friendly, and the beds are comfortable, perfect for getting proper rest after long days out. Overall, it offers very good value for money if you want proper hotel standards without overspending.Extra points for the on-site laundry: you just get tokens from the front desk, and detergent is included. The area feels safe and clean; I walked around late at night without any concerns, and it’s noticeably less crowded than other parts of the city.

If you are traveling as a larger family, e.g. two adults with two children aged 6 and above, the room may feel small. Rooms come with a queen bed and a sofa bed. As we were two adults and three children, I personally preferred booking two rooms (one with a queen bed and sofa bed, and another with just a queen bed), which worked much better and resulted in a very comfortable stay.While the metro is very close, be prepared to carry luggage up stairs, as not all station exits have elevators to street level. This is something to keep in mind if you are traveling with heavy bags or young children.The room didn’t have any noticeable scent, neither good nor bad, but I would have appreciated a subtle fragrance to create a more welcoming atmosphere.Breakfast was included and tasted good, but the selection is limited. You choose from four set options, two local and two continental. If breakfast isn’t a priority, it’s perfectly fine; however, if you enjoy starting the day with a wide variety of food choices, you may find it somewhat limited.
