It was a great room for the price in Hong Kong. The staff was helpful.

There was no clock in the room. It would be great if that could be added.

The room is spacious and clean. Location is near public transport (underground train, tram, bus all in walking distance). Many shops and resto near hotel. Behind the hotel there is public playground..so the kids can play there.

But tne enterance is near traditional market (salty fish shop). So it's not smell good when you go outside..

Location not too crowdedJust few km from Sun Yat Sen memorial park, adjacent to the see. Room was spacious, stafffs can speak English, all was comfortable

- Excellent location, in one of the most atmospheric neighbourhoods of Hong Kong.- The room was spacious, which is uncommon in the area.- Multiple public transport options are easily accessible, including trams, buses, and the MTR.- Overall, I was quite satisfied with the value for money.- The folks at the desk were pretty helpful.

-The sink was partially clogged and emitted a bad smell.- Several moth larvae were found in the drawers and the wardrobe, which was the main concern.- Room service entered multiple times despite the Do Not Disturb sign being activated.

The access to public transportation is a 100/10. Everything is a few feet away from the hotel. And they have a few Michelin star Chinese restaurants within walking distance. And if you are travelling to Mavau then the hotel is very close to the ferry.

Cleanliness was a miss. Sometimes the bed would not be made or even if it was you could still see hair strands on the bed. Also, the water dispenser was on the lobby floor so in case you needed to refill your bottles then you would need to go to the lobby every single time.

Not our first stay here. It’s a clean and spacious hotel. I enjoy the spacing in the washroom where there is a separate shower space. We can lay a couple of large luggages open flat and still walk around. It’s not near the busy parts of Hong Kong but it’s convenient. Located on the main road, tram station and bus stops are 1 min away. It’s also right beside the Sai Ying Pun MTR station A2 exit.Staff are friendly and very helpful.

Right next to MTR exit and tram stop! Good shower area. Very friendly receptionists both at the main entrance and the front desk. Huge food selections in walking distance.

The electric systems somewhat confusing.

The location was incredible, literally right next to Sai Ying Pun station. The room was really spacious and very affordable. I also slept pass my check-out time but the staff were very patient.

It's great, I don't have anything to criticize. I really don't have anything bad to say. I didn't like that my trip was so short as I would have liked to stay longer at the hotel.

Location is central, good amenities, very accommodating staff (a bit stiff, maybe should smile more :) )

Not really didn’t like but a guidance to those booking this property - it is located at the old HK side, more local vibe. So area is very busy with local residents and typical local market activity around the hotel area. But would stay again in this property because it is value for money.

Convenient location right next to MTR Sai Ying Pun station. Exit 1A to Queens Rd West is a few seconds walk down the steps past the playing area to the alleyway where the front door is. Winstons Coffee shop is on the corner. The coffee is delicious! The small bites and pastries are great for a small breakfast or snack. There are many places to eat in and around the hotel within walking distance.Tom Cheung the Security guard is the first person one meets. He speaks good English, is always smiling, genuinely warm, welcoming and helpful to every guest as they enter or exit the Ground Floor.The 7th Floor Lobby Front Desk staff are friendly, professional and eager to assist. I enjoyed speaking with Stephen, Tiffany, Candice and Wayne. They speak English and show an interest in communicating with the Guests. Stephen always asked me what I planned to do each day. He gave me advice on the best MTR route or streets to take if I wanted to walk. Tiffany is quick witted and very funny. The Housekeeping staff were excellent! They cleaned my room daily replenishing the coffee, tea and towels.The Eco Tree is a nice place to stay when visiting Hong Kong. I was very happy staying four nights there!

Check-in at 3:00pm. It is way too late for international travelers arriving after extensively long hours of flight, especially those arriving in the early morning.

just above mtr-subway entrance, traditional chinese neighborhood. large rooms for hong kong-standards. very nice staff.
