Fantastic location. Many restaurants within walking distance and easy access to exchange square.

Lighting systems were quite confusing to figure out.

The Pod for wifi outside the hotel is certainly a plus point.I asked Reception to change room, due to noise levels, and they accompdated me instantly.

On 10th floor and under, the noise at night (music rumbling from all restaurants in the area) is simply too loud to sleep. Till 03:00am - 04:00am happy hours, dictate your rest. Earplugs are not enough, the entire building vibrates. Going above 10th floor, the noise level will decrease progressively. Unfortunately this is not something the hotel can resolve No breakfast facilities.The location of the hotel, is terrible for taxies.No water in the room.

It’s conveniently located near the train station and easy excess to food and shopping

It’s in a street full of bars and restaurants and the music is loud till 3-4am in the morning. Luckily we had the top floor so it’s much better . Also the hotel is preferable for couples , singles and young adults and not for teenagers or kids

Good location. Short walking distance to the subway and trams. Staff very helpful and friendly. They offer a free mobile router so you are not without internet when you’re off site. Smoke detectors and outlets for water spray visible on the ceiling in case of fire .Great water pressure in the shower. Not plus or minus, but everything that you normally get in a room, like water, coffee packets, etc are in the lobby. You are free to fill your water bottles there.Nice Harry Potter themed Christmas decorations.

I was given a room designed for a disabled person. I am not disabled. If the room is to be used by all clients, they have made some odd choices. There is no luggage rack but there is a weird high chair. The shower must be used as a hand held because there isn’t a high position to place it. In its resting position, it was at my waist level. Since there is no shower curtain or door, water sprays to the toilet area. There is no good shelf for toiletries. I don’t know where somebody in a wheelchair would put their things. I used a high nook. The over sink mirror can’t be used if you’re standing. Fortunately, the walls are mirrored so you just have to get the steam off.Finally, they use a scent diffuser in their lobby on full blast. Too much scent for those of us with sensitive noses.

Our bathroom took a bit of getting used to since it is an unusual design.

Amazing staff. Great location. Right in the heart of the central district. Close to MTR and shopping.

They didn’t have a business center. But everything else was amazing.

Fantastic location

Wifi access was via hot spot (with a fixed, weak password) and was not very fast.

We booked a high room (knowing the area is a late bar area), no noise heard from our floor. Great location for MRT access.

Nothing, hotel met all our expectations.

The location was good and staff were friendly. Room concept was interesting.

The bed so was uncomfortable and hard. We booked a queen and it wasn’t a queen size- I am 172cm and my feet came to the end of the bed and my husbands feet hung a good 20cm off the bed. The pillows had a bad smell (like old sweat) so I slept without a pillow. The bed was so hard, that my hip bruised and 2 days later, it is still bruised. Mattress quality so low that every time my husband moved, I’d bounce around the bed. The shower grout was fairly dirty.

The hotel was nice and located in a great area, definitely on the more expensive side. The photos make the place look more polished and upscale than it is in reality. In person, it’s not quite as sleek - but still decent. That said, the staff were kind and helpful throughout our stay. All in all, a solid option if location matters most and you don’t mind paying a bit extra.

Great location if you are up for a party. If not you will probably not be happy with the noise
