Hotel Hart

The hotel was in a great location. We could easily walk to the metro and there were plenty of shops and restaurants in the area. The staff were very helpful.

The room is very small. Hardly any room for an open unit case and the door to the bathroom was glass and right across from the bed. No privacy whatsoever.

The location was perfect for getting around Hong Kong and the beds were very comfortable

The bathrooms are enclosed only by glass walls, so unless you are comfortable with going to the bathroom in front of the person you are traveling with it can get complicated or uncomfortable. This was very annoying.

The location is ok

The room is too small and there is no place to put luggage. The is no privacy in the bathroom or shower room. The downstairs location and elevator smell very bad.

Small, but the space is well used. Hotel staff was helpful and fast, with good English.

Location is downtown night lift with many pubs and bars. you can take an airport shuttle A21 directly from airport to hotel and walk around 50 M to the hotel.Hotel located on 8th of the building but easy to find.

The place is very nice and close to everything you need in TST. The metro is near. There are some places to have a good breakfast near the hotel. The room is small but that’s ok.

Small room, but confortable. The air conditioning was too noisy and very disturbing for sleeping. No breakfast. No chance to have a quiet night.

Centrally located and 5 mins from the MTR and surrounded by shops. The security guard Mr Hussein is very kind and extremely friendly and helpful. He makes our stay a memorable one

There is a proper and nice designated smoking area.Boiling and filtered water available on our floor.In a good area for lots of food options.Can catch the bus from the airport to here.Bed was nice and firm.Hard floors.

There were machines in the lift and the hallways that sprayed scent.No proper seat in the room.Could not open bedroom window.Room could be cleaner, shower and sink need a good scrub.

Really convenient and in the best neighborhood in Hong Kong. The area is close to the MTR, lots of food shops, the K11 mall, and close to the water. The room was clean and very good for a rest after exploring all day.

The rooms are small, but that is to be expected in Hong Kong. During the day, it was a bit dark in the room since the building was surrounded by other buildings.

The bathroom is moldy. you can see molds everywhere. The room is very dusty, no ventilation, you can smell cigarettes from somewhere. The AC was too close to the bed, so it blows straight to your face. The pathway to the bathroom is non existed. The bed is too small, we had to sleep at the edges. We can hear what the rooms next to us were doing, kids were yelling and we can hear everything. You can also hear people peeing as well. The 5th floor of the building is a bar so you can actually hear bass vibration from your room and hear people drinking and yelling on the streets as well.We also sent in our check in time thru Booking.com app around 1~2am but when we arrived after a long travel day to the hotel, the reception told us that we didn't put in a check in time and said they could've cancel our reservation. We were not welcomed with warmth on a long day instead an attitude and that was quite upsetting. I would recommend travelers to spend another $300~$400 more and you could actually stay in a better quality hotel around. Don't repeat the same mistake we had. We could've gotten somewhere near the bay by just paying a little bit more, but saving that $$ was definitely not wise and worth for us.

We do like the location kind of middle of everything which reach by walking such as department store (K11), shopping street, bus stop, mtr station, restaurant, and bar. The room is clean and the water pressure is great we can wash my hair everyday happily hahahaha

The room quite small maybe cannot open the 2 luggage that bigger than 28" in the same time with the companion and when cold outside, we can feel a bit cold too.
