Staffs. Room style.

I liked the location, and did not expect it but the kitchen had utensils, stoves, microwave, pot/pan so you can actually cook with it.

1.The renovation feels very cheap, only look good in the photos, and please allow me to elaborate:- Sofa, TV stand...all furnitures etc looks on the cheaper end of IKEA (my sofa had a huge stain on it) - AC/ventilation/light control is that of a VERY OLD BUILDING, AC's loud, and there are 3+ control panels due to the rooms ridiculously stretched out and elongated layout so you do have to run back and forth to adjust them. - Blinds oh the blinds...no button to one press it up and down, and all blinds are controlled separately so do take some full minutes if you expect to raise everything fully up or down, AND many don't fit seamlessly into it's blind sockets on either side you will have to hand-fix multiple of them after you drop them down. - Two more small blind out of the washroom and living room (located at each of the far side of the space, fully mannual)- Cannot find slippers, phoned concierge and just say check the drawer...there're multiple of them located again across this very elongated layout...i gave up eventually.2. The layout is extremely inconvenient and strange. - It feels like an elongated gym turned into a room with half enclosed walls separating the space into kitchen/living room, bedroom, and bathroom, allowing pathways on the sides. So you do not have an open view and you do have this feeling of sleeping in the center of a vast open area with blinds all around you that don't fully blackout. - No extra charging outlets near bed, washroom, or anywhere accessible in the kitchen!! They are all located at the bottom of the walls far far away from you.

Full floor suite came at a very good deal, very clean and beautiful. Love the open design and the shower gels smelled so good.

Definitely not a 5 star hotel, this is a serviced apartment

No breakfast, no pool, no flexibility to modify dates

Spacious, clean and well presented - great services apartment option in the centre of Hong Kong.Extremely happy and courteous staff who wanted to assist at all time.

Occasionally the TV and internet were always stable

The 2 bedrooms were suitable for family of 4.

The sliding door in the master toilet crushed my thumb as the magnetic is very strong.

The location is prime. Away from the bustle but walking distance to most many places.

The room was not well maintained. Cupboards were misaligned, moulds & stains all over, TV channels were limited - worse still flicked all the time. Housekeeping only came at 5pm - twice in a row - it was annoying.

Amazing space , everything we needed beautiful lay out of the room

Washing machine and dryer were very slow

The size of the property. The facilities in the property. Front desk staff very helpful .

It will be nice if they have at least 2 staffs present in the hotel. Only person at the front desk running the show .

Loved the layout of the full floor suite and the well-designed bathtub and bedroom

The sofa was kind of narrow and small and not as comfortable as the other parts of the suite

The location was fabulous, right in the heart of central. The open plan living was very much appreciated, especially by our little boy ,who really enjoyed the space. Bonny and her team were fantastic. The offer of a free breakfast at the sister hotel was very nice and the offering of pastries and drinks meant we didn't need to worry about breakfast, a nice touch

Location, interiors, friendly and helpful staff!

I love that it’s all in white. But this also means that things age faster. I think the furniture will benefit for deep-cleaning more often. I am sure staff are doing their best. White is not easy to maintain.

The open plan and modern clean environment, friendly and efficient staff, very helpful.

fabulous location floor 29 was incredible. Staff were brilliant. Room was cleaned whenever we requested and I would certainly recommend this to anybody considering a few days in Hong Kong. For me personally I prefer a service department to a hotel suite I think it just gives you more flexibility.

great size, perfect for family as they also provide amenities like sterilizer and baby cot. location is great!

it’s not luxurious despite being 5 stars, I’d rate it 4 stars at best but it is nonetheless comfortable. Furnitures aren’t childproofed (as expected) and the non-carpeted floor can be slippery..my son did fall and knock against the coffee table.
