Staff were very attentive and polite. Property sits at the bay, perfect views.

Facilities and Entire Room Quality

The policy of deposit . I would rather be more comfortable to proceed all check out completed at the time of leaving , not to be hold with deposit as a warrantee which the amount is almost half of cost of accommodation.

The hotel was in an excellent location and the staff was very friendly and very helpful in everything we asked of them. The room was absolutely amazing and the views were breathtaking!

No bidet in toilet seat and not convenient for Muslims Limited Muslim meals options

It’s not convenience as in no convenience store , no shop, no MRT nearby. It’s a good choice if you plan to travel with taxi and uber .

Probably the best hotel I’ve stayed in Hongkong. Most of the hotels that we stayed are at the center. They are very near restaurants, and shopping malls. as well as other tourist destinations. This is about 10-15mins from TST area, but the distance is nothing a you can ride a shuttle or take a taxi to go there. I love it’s location as there is not too much noise. I love its proximity to the harbor which is not crowded. Also, the hotel itself is amazing.

Lovely property. Very clean and comfortable. Staff was great. Our view was stupendous.

Though the food was ok, the breakfast was noisy and busy. The Dockside restaurant is many small venues. Limited wine and beer choices.

stunning view (if u take sea view room ), good price if u book in advance; nice size of the room, friendly staff, very efficient.

location isn’t perfect, cos away from the happening places, but still not bad as there are some restaurants and few small shops around. the other disadvantage i would say overpriced cost for spa services.

We got to share 36 hours of great fun and bliss in the city. We wrote the ferry straight from the hotel. It was a wonderful experience. Convenient to everything you want to do.

Very nice hotel. Rooms are extremely kept clean & staff very friendly. My daughter has a very severe all nuts allergy & The Kerry Hotel was very accommodating! Thank you!

Girls at 6 floor changed the price about 5-6 times from 12000 to 12300 to 10200 to 10800 . The price should be fixed and not like this.

We had a room with an excellent view over the sea which was the highlight of our stay. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was rich and we liked the option to utilize a more "light weight" version on another floor with fewer crowds and noise.

In total there are 3-4 areas for improvement which the Hotel management could look into:1. Provide a disposable razor in the bath room2. For rooms with a bathtub like ours: Provide a bath bomb / bath salts3. There are no free water bottles in the room, only a water boiling machine for tea4. While the breakfast buffet is rich in options, it cannot compete with Shangri La's options and quality.

Restaurantsvon site are very limitwd after 9pm and there is nothing available after 10pm.

Check in take a bit longer. no proper line to q up. Staff not really professional to interpret the promotion meal when check in. Difference staff saying the difference way. Staff also not very friendly when we request drink(breakfast). Ask us to take ourselves. Room ok.

The room is spacious in HongKong standard. The infinite pool is nice and has a beautiful view of the harbour.

The hotel lobby is always crowded with business travelers and events. The main door is only allowed by car, we had to use a side door for walking to the train station. Breakfast was quite expensive, so we did not book it, cannot comment on it.
