Camlux Hotel

They charged me an extra fee of $70 on top of what I paid for already. They didn't not inform about this extra charge. I also booked a family for 3 people.

Room is pretty ok - No shower cap

The room was quite big, very clean and neat, had all the basics needed. The shower and bathroom was up to date and clean. The staff was very helpful and professional, the housekeeping top notch.

We were there for ice hockey so location by Mega Box for us was great (walking distance), for a visiting stay in Hong Kong, the location was a bit far from metro station and there was not much around the hotel.

Black mould all over the ceilings. Overall cleanliness of the room was not great. The carpet was so stained along with with the walls

Breakfast was very bad. On Sunday no breakfast only a breakfast box. Second coffee shall be already paid.During check in staff was not friendly at all.

had a great stay at Camlux Hotel. The rooms were clean, modern, and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and all the necessary amenities. The hotel’s design is stylish, and the lobby has a unique and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing good service throughout my stay. The location was decent, though a bit far from central attractions, but well-connected by public transport. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I would consider staying here again.

The outside of the hotel is deceiving, its looks a bit worn. But inside is fine. Room was clean, all that you need. Warm water and hotel breakfast, though not spectacular was decernky priced. There is not much outside the hotel but it is around 20 - 30 minutes walk from the new stadium.

The location was great. The room was nice and clean.

Staff could have attended to us earlier during check-in. However, they were occupied by a group check-in at that point of time.Not very reliable vending machine and may lack of provisions during late night.

Room size was big enough.

Front desk staffs were being rude to handle our HKID cards, with bad attitude to talk about the room details and checkin processes. And before i entered to the room, i heard the cleaners chitchat and talking about they did not change the pillows of my room, i have asked them immediately but they denied. I have no idea if they truly did that, but it affected my sleeping quality on that day.

The self service washer and dryer only had one setting, required coins and could do with a proper cleaning.

The room is clean and located approximately a 10-minute walk from the metro station.

The bathroom was a bit small.

There is no heater in the room. Max temperature we can set is 25C, but the room temperature kept adjusting back to 21.5C. We were subsequently told by the housekeeping staff that there is no heater in the room and because of the cold weather, the room temperature will self adjust back to 21.5C regardless of whatever temperature we set! Although she provided us with an extra blanket, it was still freezing cold in the room. There was no hand towels in the toilet. No wardrobe. Only 3 miserable hangers were provided. The male server at the hotel cafe was rude! Terrible to experience this in the morning!The MegaBox shopping mall is hopelessly confusing, and there is nothing much given the huge shopping mall. It was really disappointing

All great, especially washroom was super clean and relaxing. Receptionists were also very kind and helpful.

Staff are attentive and helpful. Location is good for those going on board cruises. Easy to find food.

Pillows are too flat and soft.

Not many eating options and hotel cannot call taxi to cruise terminal as too short a route, but taxis are readily available outside
