Room is nicely updated very helpful staff

Room is nice but I woke up with an rashy redness in face. As far as cleanliness I think they sterilize room on every use.... Too close to everything air quality. Very bad.

Awesome location!!! I would definitely stay here again.

They charged me extra for having a third person in my room as it was my wife my son and myself.

The staff provided excellent service. The room was nice and it's located near a shopping mall, very convenient.

Convenient location in the mall, very friendly and useful staff and decent room size for Hong Kong Standards.

Sound insulation was extremely poor. I am not sure if it was just my room, but the bathroom noise from the neighboring room was very loud and disturbing and at strange late hours ... Noise from the road was also quite significant...

Easy wheelchair access to Harbour City mall. We always enjoy the executive lounge. They are very good with service to my senior parents. Rooms are bigger than usual in hongkong.

This isa repeat stay with elderly parents, and we find Marco Polo Gateway to be the best fit for them in hongkong.

Staff were in the Club Lounge were attentive.

Hot water in our shower would run out at night. Telephone not working well. Facilities date. No turn down service despite being in the club floor. Glasses and cups in our room were not cleaned.

The staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and were very helpful and attentive. My bathroom was also very large, and the shower had good water pressure and consistent hotness. The location was very central and only about an eight minute walk to the nearest metro station.

Excelent hotel! Very clean, nice room, very nice staff. The location is perfect! Inside the mais shopping mall of HK, 3 min walking to the metro station, very close to the train station, 3 min close to the main street. Recommend it for sure! About security, once in China you don’t have to worry about anything, so you can walk during the night without problem

Location was excellent. Convenient to the mall. Room was clean, comfortable and spacious. Breakfast needs improvement.

Breakfast offerings could be better. Free mini bar had nothing to offer except soft drinks.

Big rooms and very comfortable beds. Very clean as well. Well isolated rooms so no bothering noises. Breakfast is great with so much food you can skip lunch.

I booked 3x Triple Twin Room that did not exist according to the front desk. Its actually just 2 twins with and extra roll out bed. Which does not fit inside the room. Since the room rate was locked with booking.com. I was charged for a 3x Triple Twin Rooms that did not exist. I was upgraded to a higher floor but the room is exactly the same as the rooms below. Honestly in my opinion not an upgrade.

Comfortable and quiet and in an ideal location for my family. Room was spacious and clean with great water pressure in the bathroom. Staff was quick and friendly with their service and internet was fast and reliable.

The bathroom facilities are dated and old with some mold and stains that need to be addressed. Towels could be changed to newer ones. The chair and some furniture in the room are worn down and it shows (for example, stained chairs or lacking cushion in the chairs).

Location is perfect. Mall is accessible. Very friendly and helpful English speaking staff.

No bidet in the bathroom. Hotel breakfast could improve in value and range of choices.
