Very roomy with a lot home convenient appliances

Best stay, everything exceeded our expectations. In addition staff very helpful and courteous.

excellent location, just one block from escalator if you need to get up the hill, walking distance from the all the 'Central' central locations, pier, tramway, etc..; living room is spacious with essential amenities in the kitchen. complimentary chips, water and soda were very welcome after long travel; Nescafe expresso machine - bring your pods! Phillips water filter/heating machine is a big help to get tea or coffee!room slippers, plenty of towels, huge bathroom with very good water pressure! Daily room service is big plus, although not always necessary :)

The suite was amazing, the decor, the cleanness, technology, all on point. Also the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, attentive to our needs.

Property was great, location was undergoing some remodelings around which was not great for the outside view.

Room is large and location is convinient. Washing machine in room is advantage. Refregerator is good. Limited Kitchen is helpful,

Hotel does not have any dedicated pick up and drop off area. Geting there is a chalenge for drivers. No any usable dinig space. They have bar, but only one elevated chair. We asked about second, but they told that they do not have one. Very strange for high rated hotel. So dininig space is not usable. Kitchen very limited.

I love staying at Hotel Madera. The location and the decor and of course, the staff. Always a pleasure.

Great location on Hollywood street with tons of restaurants and bars just steps away. The apartment itself is spacious and elegant.

The space was designed very well, I had the suite and it was very very comfortable. The space was good enough to make me forget I was in the tiny city of Hong Kong. The bed /shower etc was all very comfortable.

Limited facilities, no hotel restaraunt etc, however not a problem as the location is brilliant- surrounded by bars and restaurants!

Excellent location in the heart of LKF with a multitude of options of shopping, restaurants, and nightlife within walking distance of the hotel. Room was spacious, kitchenette came with some free items and bathroom was clean and spacious.

Not many common areas to enjoy.

We booked the suite and upon check-in the staff upgraded us to the Chaplin Suite, their biggest one. The suite was huge, and we loved the location and the elegant interior design. The staff went above and beyond before, during and after our stay. We would definitely come back to stay there again in our next visit!

Location - lots of steps

We were welcomed into the hotel by the lovely staff - they were fantastic and super helpful throughout our stay. The hotel was in an incredible location to allow us to make the most of the city. The staff can make a big difference on a property and Hotel Hollywood went that extra mile to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. Thank you

Ideal location in the very center. There are a lot of shops, restaurants and bars nearby. Also a few steps from the street escalator, which makes it much easier to get up there.

Location: Unbeatable. A few minutes walk from Central Station and surrounded by bars and restaurants. Absolutely spoilt for choice.Room / Bathroom: One of the largest hotel rooms you'd find in HK at these prices. And the bathroom is huge! Great value for money. Highly recommend staying here if you wish to explore HK.

Interesting place to explore the real Hong Kong. Not really suited for family stay but could be fun for young couples.

This is my second time in this property. As last year, I came for Hong Kong Art Week. The location for galleries and after parties is unbeatable. I like that I had more space than the usual hotel rooms.

This hotel is located right in the heart of Central—one of the best areas to stay in Hong Kong! It’s just a short walk from an incredible variety of restaurants, offering both local and international cuisine at different price points. As we did, you can enjoy a new culinary experience at every meal.In terms of transportation, the hotel offers great convenience. The metro station is just steps away, making it incredibly easy to reach all the must-see attractions. Access to the airport is also very straightforward.Now, about the hotel itself—the staff deserves the highest praise! They are extremely helpful, answering every question in detail and always ready to assist. Cleanliness is a top priority for us, and this hotel exceeds expectations in that regard, standing out from many others. The rooms are spacious, bright, and thoughtfully designed with every detail in mind. We truly felt as comfortable as we do at home.A huge thank you to everyone—from the front desk team to the housekeeping staff—for making our stay so enjoyable!

Large rooms well decorated, nice people, good small gym and very clean. Perfect location.

Can be noisy in the evening on week ends.

The staff are very nice and helpful. They will come to you at the right time even you not yet asked for their service. The room is comfortable for a staycation with an elderly person. I like the kitchenette and the washing machine. The bathroom is spacious and easy to use with a walking stick or wheelchair. My mom likes the large TV set ?. We order take away / delivery food easily and there are so many delicious choices in the neighbourhood.

There's only a microwave and it’s too high for my mom to cook. But I understand this is for cleaning reason.
