- I was robbed by the hotel staff. They used a master key to get into my safe when I first arrived because the door was locked open. I put my money in and left it for 4 days untouched. When I left, I was missing $1000. I called the police and they caught

- The hotel refused to help me or take responsibility for the theft. They didnt refund me my stay. They knew I was leaving the country and waited for me to leave so that they would not have to refund me or deal with the theft.
- They only provide 2 towels for you, no hand nor face towel. Using curtain and the water spread out everywhere but they don't provide extra towel for you to step on
- Smell of cigarette throughout the floor, even though it is supposed to be non-smoking facility
