- The location is in the center of the city, the price is amazing. The owner is really kind.
Cons -
- Although it is located in the center of the city, the guesthouse is really hard to find. And the access to go to the floor is limited by one elevator with a lot of people staying on the queue. The room is not quiet and the floor is kinda dirty
