Large room with views. Dinning area and comfy sectional sofa. Beautiful white marble bathroom. Comfy bed & pillows.

Single bath vanity. One elevator for building.

Small hotel but comfortable. The staff is helpful especially the older reception employee from Philippine. The location is also good.

1- I didn’t like the smell at the street ( before you enter the hotel) I know it is not their fault but they need to follow up with the city to rectify it. 2- The toilet wash basin is very small and funny shape.

Very spacious room for HK standards, and was great to have our own floor as we had our 6 weeks old daughter with us. Also very clean and very friendly and attentive staff.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was massive for only one person and you are very central to the ferry terminals and the main streets as well. With a 5 minute or less walk to 7/11 or supermarkets. Would deffo stay here again . Very cheap as well

The fact I could find anything about the $1500 HKD deposit for the one night stay. And the drain in the shower took forever to drain and flooded very quickly but it didn't flood the bathroom.

No international news channel or even youtube on the television - rather tacky for a high-end hotel and the decor on the one bookcase conssiting of empty boxes with hokey philosophical quotes also was tacky for such a high end place where the staff and amenities and comfort are toop notch. The fact that htere was no restaurant was fine, there are pleany of eateries on the doorstep

The surface of the room mentioned on booking (75 sqm) is highly overestimated ! the real size is max 35 sqm.

The elevator is insufficient, even though there are only one unit per floor but the building has almost 36 floor.

location is so great that you need no other amenities. and the idea of having the whole floor makes it super quiet and private.

the elevator is very slow since only one so that is a tough one and the filtered water machine and kitchenware could use an update

We had sometimes to wait a little too long at the reception (2-5’), but we understand that with only one person, it is not easy.

Location was perfect. Close to the MTR and loads of excellent places to eat. The apartment had everything we needed - washer, iron etc. and the staff were very helpful. The room was comfortable and quite spacious for HK.

Not much! There was only one lift for the whole building so it could occasionally get a bit busy but it was generally fine. The gyms available to guests are very basic (but fine).

The floor was not clean enough. The rest was clean. In the description of the room, more than 70m2 of the room area was stated, in fact, a little more than 40m2. Why exaggerate the area is not clear to me.

One96 was a great hotel for our week-long stay in Hong Kong. The staff are all extremely helpful; in particular, the gentleman working the night shift went above and beyond to help us with our questions and needs.

The shower had some molding which made us questions the cleanliness, other than that everything was in great condition.

Great facilities provided by friendly, helpful staff in a great location. Kitchenette and washer/dryer in the room means you can cook and clean if needed, very convenient. Excellent location in Central, the heart of the Island.

My only challenge, and not the hotel’s fault but many own, was that I arrived in HK not knowing the HK Sevens was coming up, so when I extended my stay, the room price increased, as is the case in all HK hotels. Otherwise the hotel was great value.

The staff is very friendly. It is very useful to have washing machine and kitchen in room.

The room size is not as booking.com specified 71m2, it just like 45m2.When I check in, the staff ask to fill in a guarantee to pay HKD 5000 if we get Corvid-19 during our stay, it is not reasonable.
