Good location for shopping and rey. Close to all kinds of public transportation. Spacious rooms. Very courteous staff at all levels. Very decent breakfast if you have that in your deal. Most other customers we met were polite and courteous and friendly

For one late evening, Hot water shower took 2-3 minutes before there was hot water, and the temperature of the water was not steady. Walls between rooms are rather thin, noise insulation is not good. We could hear muffled voices from next door.

The hostel is off Nathan road, yet it is very quiet. There is a Taxi Stand across the road, less than 100m to the Bus stop and 200m to the MTR station. There is also a laundry opposite which does wash and fold service(no ironing).The hostel is very clean.

The free breakfast was very simple, a few small pastries, juice/tea/coffee. Nothing fancy

Everything is perfect. Location, cleanliness, hospitality and helpful staff (something luxury in HK ?). We even got free breakfast which surprisingly so yummy.. the only thing to be noted by the host was the portable room heater. We came in January which was pretty cold and the heater was really small and needs to be maintained well. But overall, great experience! Thanks

Very good location , accessible to public transport and dinning. Good sized and clean room. Breakfast is simple with no much choices but lot of choices of dinning around the area.

Super affordable and great location. We loved staying in the mong kok area!! Easy to get to anywhere as the train station is a 2 min walk and there are great places to eat nearby

Beds are a little hard and you can sometimes hear you neighbors next door but very faintly.

The staff was very friendly; their service was excellent. The room and toilet are spacious and clean. The location was great as it was easy to get to places from the hotel's location through the train and bus services.

The air conditioning was a bit cold at night, but it's not really a big issue.

Room is very clean and was perfect for our short stay in Hong Kong. In fact, it's much better in-person than in the pictures on the listing. Location is great too, with a station about 5 minutes walk away.

Found the AC for the room very cold and unable to adjust to be warmer, but understand the problem with humidity.
