Located in the area where I needed.

For the price and star rating, their rooms are too tight and small. Especially their toilet, I kept hitting my head each time I sat on it. Also, they don?t provide shower cap, tooth brush and other essential items. Only one tissue box per room.

Staffs are attentive but still have room to improve if they can be a bit more sensitive and accommodating to clients needs.

Be sure you bring your own shower cap, tooth brush and toothpaste. I was quite surprised the hotel does not offer these basic things. $5 they charge if you want to make a local call. Their lobby is very small. Can get crowded very easily.

All was very nice, but staff was the best. I did appreciate the free use of the android phone while there - very thoughtful for business or pleasure. Had I known about it in advance I could have saved even more on the trip. Thank you.

Location was somewhat concerning until I experienced your hotel and staff that could not have been more accommodating.

Good service by staff. Free shuttle bus to Kowloon Station.

No ice machine. Industrial area, factories.

A little hard to find if coming by mtr. Need to publish good directions from the MTR to the hotel. Will help customers decide whether to stay there or not.

The hotel offers a modern furnished room complete with city view, a comfortable bed, and flat screen tv with cable channels. The bathroom, although a little small, was nice and the water in the shower was both hot and with good pressure. Housekeeping was efficient and friendly, as were the reception staff. The outdoor pool and terrace was also a nice feature to relax in after walking. More than anything though, the breakfast buffet and staff were both exceptional.

No complaints here.

Very convenience location. I'm very happy with their luggage facility only charged a small fee but provide me a big convenience.

Toilet clogs too easily

I liked the location of the hotel, the friendly and helpful staff, the availability of drinking water in the corridors, and the fast elevators.

The pillow was too high and firm, and the room amenities were quite limited. Some essential items were missing under the pretext of “saving the environment.” Even the toiletries had restrictive dispensers that made it difficult to use them normally.The charging outlets in the room were incompatible with standard plugs; for an international hotel, it would make sense to provide universal options for guests from different countries.My friend and I ended up sleeping in a small double bed even though we had booked separate beds.The wooden room key cards, again presented as an eco-friendly choice, were low quality — the wood was peeling, and a splinter even pierced my hand. It felt more like “save the environment but harm the guest.”There was no clock in the room.Although breakfast was included, I didn’t use it due to time constraints. I also didn’t use the pool.

Loved my room size & my room view :) was expecting the room to be smaller but it was a good surprise !

It is a bit far out but the local transport is so easy to navigate so :)

The room was spacious, clean, and modern. The bed was really comfortable, and there was plenty of natural light. I especially liked the small touches like complimentary water bottles and good-quality toiletries.Breakfast:Breakfast was excellent — a mix of local and Western options with fresh fruit, pastries, and made-to-order eggs. The staff kept everything well stocked and the coffee was surprisingly good!Location:The location was super convenient — close to public transport, restaurants, and shopping. It only took about 10 minutes to walk to the nearest subway station, and there were several cafes nearby.

The air-conditioning was a bit noisy at night, and the Wi-Fi signal in my room was weak. Otherwise, everything else was great — the staff were friendly, the room was clean, and the location was very convenient.

Comfortable, fairly spacious room. Nice bathroom with excellent water pressure. Quiet and peaceful.

The fitness center is tiny and inadequate--three cardio machines, some free weights, and a broken bench in two very small adjoining rooms. There's no mirror and it was too warm. The hours of the pool are also quite limited, it closed at 5 pm on my first day and then was not open the next afternoon due to inclement weather.

The facilities are very new and reasonably configured. The bed is extremely comfortable, and the bathroom is spacious enough.

Clean, comfortable near to City and value for money

I really enjoyed the hospitality. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The early check in was great after a 19 hour flight. I also loved Kwun Tong

Breakfast was better as last time. There is an egg station.

It is expensive and there is not much to do around, the subway is a little far. Personal could be more friendly. At the breakfast they start to tidy up before 10:00. You really feel personal want to leave.

Nice, clean room.

The breakfast has very little options is served in a very ugly way (plastic bowls for salad, very little choices), the food is low quality. Staff at breakfast follows you everywhere like you need to be supervised and they clean your table right after you stand up - don't give you enough time to go look for a piec of bread. The breakfast atmosphere is very tense and the room for the breakfast is ugly.
