The room is spacious and clean. The hotel is close to metro and the mall. It is so convenient to shop and eat. The included buffet breakfast is excellent. Authentic Hong Kong food is a must try!

Great location and close to the MTR station.

The hotel room ad description said free internet/wifi was included. But after going there I was told free wifi is available only in public areas and wifi was available in the room for a fee. It was a false advertisement.

The bathroom floor can get slippery when wet be very careful if you had slipper my kid slipped couple times

It's very close to the subway station, which is very convenient.

The air in the room wasn't well ventilated, and I could even smell smoke occasionally, which suggested that other guests were smoking in the room.

Comfortable room, friendly and helpful stuff especially Rick the concierge. Convenient to anywhere in Hong Kong with MTR access right at the property.

Location worked for us but a bit far from central Kowloon.

The staff was welcoming and helpful. Derek, the concierge, went above and beyond for us. He made our stay so much more enjoyable. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. There are three malls surrounding the hotel with shops and restaurants.

The buffet breakfast was underwhelming. The staff at breakfast was not friendly. There were little bugs flying around the bread. The fruit was not good and the milk served with cereal was warm and had a sour smell. The glasses all had fingerprints on them. The music played in lobby and elevators were very annoying! Location was far from many attractions.

Housekeeping are thieves! I lost something in my room but i didnt bother cos myb i lost it somewhere although i am ? % sure it was inside my bag. And when i checked out i forgot 2 things inside my room and i called right away and i said i can pick up in few days, since im going back cos i booked another reservation to the hotel.. But when i get back they said that housekeeping didnt find anything in my room last time. Thats when i realized that "ok im quiet sure now they took it from my bag too"

Great location if you have meeting in Kowloon east, clean and good quality hotel

The room is big and comfortable. Housekeeping did a good job. The front desk staff were untrained in their communication skills. Made a complaint and got an apology from the guest service. Paid around HKD830 per night per room, which is not bad for the quality of the facilities and the size of the room in Hong Kong.

The place was close to metro & mall. East to move around.

It is a bit outdated and it has a musty smell. It needs a refurbishment…

Good breakfast with lots of options. The rooms are spacious, and we could get connecting rooms with the kids. The hotel is conveniently located near a mall and the subway. You can also walk to the waterfront restaurants.

Quite expensive for a place not on Central Island.

A group of 3 drunk girls accidentally went into my room in the middle of the night when they were stayed in different floor . There no proper security. As hotel guest , I’ll definitely worrying about my safety concerns .

The hotel customer service officers didn’t even explained in details and either did they apologize for such horrible experience that I have encountered during my trip

Ambience and accessible to MTR

Indian food not available and drinking water is chargeable.

The rooms were correct.Personnel was kind and correct, but not particularly friendly. It's important to be more welcoming and warm with clients.

The furniture of rooms was a bit old.Insufficient lightening.Prices of the restaurants are excessive. The restaurant at the top (Cielo) made us wait one hour (though it was empty) to finally serve us a microscopical piece of meat.The swimming pool is badly oriented (few sun) and water was cold.The location is next to a railway station, yet quite far from Hong Kong Island.The laundry service is extremely, excessively expensive; the property wants the payment before delivery of the cleaned laundry.

Spacious, clean room with a beautiful view. The hotel is conveniently located next to a mall, which made getting food and essentials super easy. Staff were excellent — friendly, helpful, and professional. I appreciated the complimentary shuttle service and bag storage. Overall, a smooth and comfortable experience.

No major complaints.

Interconnecting room as requested and our family group was accommodated very close together. Connected to malls with groceries, restaurants, high end shops and MTR. Never without food or transport, even in bad weather.

Accessible room for my mother had a very difficult to use automatic wash basin tap.

Nothing you can complain about. The staff are exceptional, esp the housekeeping. Lots of options for the breakfast, western, Asian & Hong Kong specialties. Yet, the mattress in my room needs a replacement. It would also be great if a lighter, thinner blanket could be provided. All chain stores can be found in the shopping malls downstairs and travelling around is easy with a good train network. However, it’s a bit distance from the airport.
