They really go the distance, fruit platter in the room with a oersonalized welcome card. Shower has terrific water pressure. Staff is extremely helpful, they don't wait to be asked anything, but proactively approach the guest.

Great, friendly, and welcoming staff and so efficient! It is located near the historical, serene botanical gardens and zoo, and the Peak tram. Our junior suite was impeccably clean, with a great view of the city.

We would have preferred being closer to the shopping areas. If you don't mind a 10-min walk to the convenient and historic trams (downhill and uphill), then this is for you. Of course, you can always take the bus or a taxi.

Hotel is ideally situated with easy access by public transportation to Central. Doormen offered superb service during my stay.

Customers need to check the bills carefully since I was not credited with the dined-in discount and worse, I settled my bill with cash and just saw already settled charges on my Mastercard.

Location was great because of the 12A busRoom was good for a 10 day stay. Staff were great and laundry easy to use.

Staff was very helpful, kind and always with a smile on their faces. Although it was up on the hill, taking a taxi or uber was fairly easy. Also walking down to places was not hard. Breakfast was semi-buffet, not much variety.

The smoke detector was triggered when I took a shower. Apparently the steam (which wan not a lot) was the cause of it. That was not a good experience. We had a fireman coming to the the room ready to put down a fire. There was no conditioner in the shower, only shampoo. Other toiletries, we had to pick up at the lobby.

the location was excellent because my best friend live close by.

The breakfast could have been better. I am a return guest and was suprised that the breakfast was the same as 2 years ago.

It was definitely neat and clean! The views were very nice from the location as well. I also loved the dining area too.

On an incline from central but I loved that there were shuttles. Maybe some on the weekend would be nice too.

It’s in a convenient location with a great transportation links BUT you need to know how to get there and learn the easiest way to go to the center. We took the MTR to Admiralty then went to Exit B for the 12A bus. Got off YWCA and walked for 2 mins and you’ll find the place easily. Concierge is nice and very welcoming. Facilities are ok for a short stay. Restaurant’s food is also ok. They don’t serve buffet for breakfast. Need to bring your own toiletries, they charge 10 dollars for toothbrushes. The lock on the door is damaged, too. Told them but didn’t do anything. Overall, it’s a good stay for a short period of time.

I agree with most of the reviews here about the receptionists - they don’t have welcoming faces or maybe it’s just too rough for my ears.

Hotel had been renovated, rooms were very clean with nice views of HK. The hotel is slightly outside the main business/commercial area of HK but still extremely close to all the action (everything can be reached via a short cab or bus ride).

Nothing significant

Excellent rooms on 29th floor gave a panoramic view of HK which never tired. Rooms were adequately spacious and well suited a stay of two weeks. Throughout our stay the staff were friendly and extremely helpful; the restaurant staff soon learnt our likes and dislikes, going out of their way to ensure we enjoyed each occasion.The Concierge staff were always smart and enthusiastic; always ready to help and give advice.

The cooking facilities in the room were less than promised by an instruction that the stove/cooker was to be used only for ‘warming food’, not for cooking as, apparently, it had set the fire alarm. This limited the scope of the facilities provided.

The Bell Staff and room attendants were excellent from arrival with lots of luggage, getting taxis, info and directions and always a friendly and eager welcome and smile! At check-in we were upgrade from a Garden view suite to a skyline suite. Nice. Beautiful views!

We stayed there during rainy and very cool stretch of weather. The two bay windows radiated "cold" and the A/C system provided no heat. No extra blankets or throws available in room warmth while outside of bed.The morning breakfast was rather "bland and blase" , A very limited menu on anything other than ordered breakfast options. No pastries and very limited fruit and other options. Okay for business travelers or families with kids.The laundry area of washers and dryers was ridiculously over priced to used. Not like similar condo hotels in Asia.

We had an amazing experience starting from the staff at the entrance, helping us pick the suitcases from the taxi and welcoming us warmly. When we arrived at the reception, Wylie was so welcoming us to come back as repeated customers giving us a coming home feeling. The room is spacious and has the exceptional skyline view of HK. Wonderful experience.

The view and location was great. The room was cleaned to a very high standard every day.

The wall coverings looked a little worn and the kitchen would benefit from an upgrade.

The hotel staff were very helpful. We had requested for a baby cot and it came with bedding (pillow and duvet) which was unexpected. Location was excellent as well, we travelled with our 10mo and he really enjoyed the botanical garden which is a close 5 min walk. There is also a supermarket nearby which is very useful. All in all, a very wonderful stay and we will definitely return to stay again.
