Auberge Discovery Bay Hong Kong

Love this hotel! Stay here every time I visit Discovery Bay! It¿s a no brainer. Staff are helpful and very courteous and respectful. Sunday brunch is exquisite and the daily buffet breakfast is also great

The swimming pool sessions were short. Staff kept going on a break, having lunch or going off somewhere. If we came quite annoying over the Easter holiday.

Beautiful view out of the window. Friendly staff.

Shuttle did not run on a regular schedule. Big 4-hour gap from 4:30pm to 8:30pm no shuttle from the Sunny Bay station.

It had everything I needed. The location was great. The view was awesome. The staff was helpful. Excellent review in every way.

location - inconvenience when you are in town the whole day and tired. need to hop on ferry and then bus to get to hotel. alternative route is by taxi which is quite expensive

Amazing view from 15th floor corner room! Floor to ceiling windows! Even in the shower! Worth the $10/night upgrade offered at check in. Nice helpful staff.

We had a beautiful view from the corner room of both the mountains and part of the ocean. Most of the staff were very helpful and kind.

It wasn't clear the airport shuttle was not free nor that the shuttle required the exact amount of $35 HKD. The hotel was in a quiet area, but there's little to do in Discovery Bay. The room was nice but not overly clean, the carpet needed vacuuming.

Good location withing 15-20 minutes by taxi from the HK airport. Hotel was nice although not incredibly modern but tasteful and comfortable and modern enough. Breakfast was great with a good variety. Rooms were large in relation to many in HK. Staff were nice and helpful and gym was pretty good for a hotel.

A little far from things although its a more peaceful location than others in HK. Could be updated a bit but good enough.

Clean, comfortable, helpful staff, good breakfast, nice view. They upgraded the room we booked to an ocean-view room so that was very nice. Close to Disneyland and has a shuttle bus service from and to the hotel.

Due to some national wide policy, single-use plastic amenities are not free and you can buy them at the vendor machine on the first floor. So you should probably bring your own amenities if you don't want to pay additional fees.

The restaurant was closed at 9pm, no room service, no mini-bar or snacks (I ended up eating at the only place open, the 7-11 ?). The room was dirty, smelled like a hospital ? and the overall experience was so incredibly poor. I expected better from The Auberge!

The staff are hospitable . The pregnant lady is so courteous and polite and gives high consideration to my husband who is a person with disability to walk . The room is spacious and is so considerate to handicapped guests very nice! The place itself is so elegant. The place outside is surprisingly complete with ikea and restos, the shuttle drivers are very respectful helpful and polite. We will stay in this hotel again and again when in hk . ? thank you Ms pregnant lady.

None. Everything is designed perfect and with priority to seniors and person with disabilities which makes the hotel outstanding from the other hotel .

Fabulous property, great room, comfortable beds. Local bus & taxi service right on property doorstep. Convenient self service laundry on site. Great amenities. Would stay again.

The shuttle to Disney was very helpful. The suite was a good size for our family of four.

The bathroom and the bed needed about two feet more space between them in the second bedroom. Also, the kitchen was not very well appointed (no tea towel or scissors). Not all the staff are familiar with the bus routes and times for the buses that go to the airport.
