The worst hotel and staff

They don't have a great view. Their staff are not professionnal and are very rude when u r not agree with them.

Location excellent..the suite compact, stylish and functional…water pressure in shower was perfect…service fantastic…

Nothing negative

- staff are very kind, helpful and accommodating- the hotel is in a great location in close proximity to lots of food options and things to see- the bed is very comfortable- Good room organisation- good AC options

- parts of our room this time around had seen better days and could use replacement or refurbishment (couch cushions, etc)- as mentioned, the bed on the other hand was in very good condition and very comfortable

Clean, good breakfast at cafes nearby, comfortable, spacious.

Based on the, the kitchen has an electric stove but there is no any clue how use it.

The location, service and cleanliness were impeccable. Our room was extremely quiet which I presume is rare in a city as crowded as Hong Kong.The concierge were friendly and extremely helpful. Would recommend and visit again should I want to stay near central.

Really nothing to complain about. The hotel did not come equipped with a restaurant but there is an abundance of restaurants nearby so it wasn’t an issue.

Great location, walking distance to MTR and all shops , very spacious for HK Central. Definitely my preferred hotel for future business trips.

The room layout is a little awkward with the fat partition in the middle, and the bedside recharging ports are poorly placed.Lobby is really small.

The property is clean and the location is just 3min walk away from MRT Sheung Wan. There are 7-11 just across the street and 30m distance to McDonald.

The 2 bedrooms are very small, and the single beds are not comfortable.The apartment is located at the whole 33F, but the center of the floor is escalator and stairs, the availability of the room becomes very small.

It’s a boutique hotel, so it didn’t have resort-style amenities

Location is central.

The room was advertised as 700 sf but it appears much smaller. The living room and "dining room" in my opinion are not designed aesthetically or efficiently as the dining table blocks the TV. The bathroom was too small and the bathroom door was faulty and did not close properly. There was condensation from the living room aircond. There was not enough space in the bedroom to open the luggage.

Flawless. My friend recommended I stay in Sheung Wan which brought me to the Jervois. The one bedroom suite is generously sized - more like an apartment than a hotel room. I loved the area. It felt quite local and is full of fantastic coffee shops and restaurants. The laundry facilities were an added bonus and much needed when you've been on the road for a while. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Although the place is called Hotel but in reality is more like an apartments since there is no proper hotel lobby and hotel’s own restaurants, if you are looking for proper hotel experience then the apartment certainly is not for you. The location is good convenient close to Victoria peak and walking distance to the Victoria Harbour, however there is not much classic elegant restaurant around it , the super market such as the Market place and welcome is a bit far from the apartment, need to walk a good 15 minutes to get to. The facility is tailored as an apartment with coffee machine, hot water machine, microwave, cups, dishes, kitchen knife, cutleries, cooker, fridge,TV Wi-Fi etc good for people who planning to live there for slightly longer terms but for short term hotel experience then I would suggest use good franchised international brands as they have consultant quality standards which will not fail your expectations.

I thought it was a hotel but in reality is an apartment rather, little bit disappointed I think they should clearly advise customer that this accommodation really is apartments not typical classic hotel with large ground floor lobby and in-house restaurants, you can only checking in after 3pm but have to check out at 12noon which is a bit unfair, understandable they need to clean the room but equally customer paid for 24 hours not 21 hours , I think check out time set at 1pm is more reasonable from customers benefit perspective. The rooms furniture is bit aged with visible ware and tear, and the sitting room sofa covers are quite dirty for people with high standard on cleanliness.

Dirty stains on curtains, old furniture, service staff was not great, except when hotel manager was around

The room was spacious. The location is excellent. .

The second bedroom got unfresh smell, but acceptable.

The location which is so very convenient with lots of interesting streets to explore. We like the fact that the room has a little kitchenette. Also it's very quiet.

Too many glass walls and the drapes were hard to pull shut so the light from outside filtered thru which is a bit bothersome in the morning..The ergonomics in the bedroom is not too great...

Key cards keep breaking, cleaning staff entered room very late and while my partner was in bed having a nap, gym was closed, no restaurant or breakfast option but a small kitchenette although the hotel info says you are not allow to cook so you could not even cook your own breakfast!

Brilliant location and great base to explore HK - I was only here for one night but we’ve stayed here for longer trips previously and have always found the Jervois to be a perfect home from home. Apartment is a great size and beautifully decorated - feels very luxurious especially compared to other options available in HK at a similar price point. Staff are always helpful and accommodating - I was able to check-in very late at night with no issues

I like that it is spacious. It has a lot of closet space and drawers. Very comfortable size of bathroom. Lots of sitting areas. It has a gym room usually no one else using it. It is a small but thoughtful hotel. The staff are helpful and friendly.

Nothing I did not like as everything I read is true and it has everything I want.
