Metropark Hotel Kowloon Hong Kong

the location is very good. the hotel staff are friendly. there are a bus stop, ''alot of bus routes''right outside the hotel. also about 12 mins walk to MTR station. the supermarket just across the hotel.

the carpet is kind of old and little dirty. but overall the room is clean.

Location, where it is located in the city center

The hotel is old and lack of renovation. The carpet is dirty. The colour of the furniture is fade and discoloring. Staffs often handle multiple tasks while serving the customer ( lack of customer focus). It is definitely not a 4 star hotel

Good & prompt services! Very kind & helpful staffs! Nice to have swimming pool on the roof top! The complementary smart phone with free international calls is the winning point!

Elevators were kind of slow. Would be great if they have a family/pantry room with some microwaves for families with babies to reheat formulas/milk. The swimming pool hours should be extented for a night swim.

The staff were very courteous and accommodating. Tthe hotel provided a cell phone with wifi , data, and the ability to make international calls in each room, which was a pleasant surprise

The hotel is quite dated and some of the rooms smelled musty from the moisture.

The pool on the 19th floor for laps each morning.The pool attendant was especially kind and efficient. It is a well known landmark.

Being turned away from the restaurant because they were full at the time that I arrived (Sunday at 12:30 p.m.), rather than putting my name on a wait list and explaining that there would be a requisite wait. The run down buildings surrounding the hotel.

Friendly and helpful staff. The hotel staff went above and beyond to assist my wife and me. They were also very patient in explaining things to us.

The location is convenient. Bedding was comfortable to rest.

The shuttle bus was not available during our stay. It would be great to have shuttle bus service as promised on the hotel information.

The room is fine, but our specific room is quite hot - the aircon is not that cold like the other rooms we booked. The look of the hotel is a bit old but fine. Location is good since it's near Mong Kok area, walkable. Bus and MTR is somehow accessible.

The vibe is a bit weird. The hotel staff is not that helpful when we have concern on the amount paid. It was bit of a hassle.

Elevators were quick, helpful people at concierge, rooms slightly larger than Hk rooms, hourly shuttle drop off to langham place, close to supermarkets 7-11 and mcdonalds

Extremely dusty and old, 50 year old carpeting, old mouldy rooms, no water or water filter, worst room cleaning I have experienced till date, even after requesting multiple times

Room was okay and there were convenience stores, etc. nearby.

If you're planning on using MTR, it is a bit far.

Pool.was open, Shopping center across the road, Mc donalds on the same street Seven Eleven couple doors down, Different Restaurants along the Strret, Great buffet options , Free shuttle to MTR transport., Taxi stand and Bus stop outside of Hotel . Staff welcoming and spoke English. I would stay here again.

Hotel let me check in earlier after a long flight. Concierge service is excellent.

I heard others also comment about the carpet.

Stay is ok and good, price and agreement is not ok

Our price changes when we arrived to check in. I booked here and confirmed here in booking.com at the rate of 70,000php PHILIPPINE pesos but upon check in the staff told me the charges will be 81,000php, i really don’t understand, it was very disappointing

Quiet, roomy, comfortable

Air conditioning too cool but couldn’t adjust the temperature.

Location, there are several convenience stores, bus stop just nearby. Shuttle bus provided every hour to nearest MTR Station. Even though the hotel is a bit old, but they maintain the room. Bathroom is good, room size just okay for HK standard, we got 2 rooms with connecting door. We really satisfied with this hotel, value for money.

A bit crowded, especially when the group tour is coming.
